    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I believe you are just jumping to conclusions here. So perhaps this will help you to jump back a bit.

I usually audit all new accounts. I check IP addresses for matches with current members. Sometimes this works and sometimes it doesn't. IP addresses aren't always as beneficial as many people would hope. ISPs will often change entire blocks of them wholesale, and I often find matches with people in one part of the country with others clear across the other side of the country.

And generally speaking, I will usually only get IP matches with accounts that are currently active with CURRENT IP addresses being used. There are a whole lot of possibilities I have to consider when I do find IP matches. And in such cases where there is a match via IP and personal name, if the account has been unused for a year or more, I assume that the person using this account has quite likely returned to this business or interest from a hiatus, for whatever reason, and has quite likely lost their login info. Sometimes I ask them about it, sometimes I don't. Sometimes it matters, sometimes it doesn't. My position is that it is much better to allow them to come back to this site rather than having a black and white blanket policy whereby they are rejected and then lose them completely forever. Any issues that might come up later about duplicate accounts can always be resolved later on if it is found out to be an issue. I've done it this way many times in the past, and as far as I know, not a single solitary person has ever died as a result.

In Zack's case, he contacted me back in mid to late July about returning to the site and I told him I would have no problem with that. He is not banned from here. There was a previous account that he had which I had already deleted at his request to he could re-register, but didn't know about the other one till one of the mods brought it to my attention today. I can merge the two accounts together, and if there are negative connotations associated with the older account, then that will be the remaining account. If there are not any real pressing reasons for me to choose which member name remains, then I can leave that up to Zach. At that point it makes absolutely no difference to me either way.

And for the record, anyone who thinks they can influence policy of this site by threatening to withhold future membership payments, advertising revenue, or whatever can just take a hike right now and get over themselves. That sort of thing has NEVER been an influencing factor with my decisions, and sure as hell isn't going to start now. Of course, if you want to raise the stakes to six figures or more, then you may get my attention. :hehe: But $25, $100, or $250? Puhleeze... I'm not able to be bought THAT cheaply to bend to your will.

Sounds a whole lot like the kind of post "Daddy" makes, and Marty. I personally don't remember seeing ANY proof given of anything they have ever claimed. Unless he's referring to that MKIDesigns link they kept throwing around. Seeing as how that was nothing but doctored screen shots I don't think that proved anything other than "Marty's" delusional ego trip. Heck most of us were only able to see it about 1/2 the time, let alone rebut any of the lies told there. It is fairly obvious what class of character Zach is and I really don't think there is any hope that he will ever be able to see his personality flaws let alone try and improve them.

Also, you are demonstrating grammar and spelling skills that you have never shown before. I find that odd. Is this just another attempt to bury bad posts for Ballbids while you bring the site back up? Is Avi or someone writing for you?

You have to understand that many of us are very skeptical given how you've conducted yourself on several different forums. If you are truly attempting to put Ballbids and the penny auction crap behind you, then it is going to take a long time to repair the damage to your reputation.

For now, I'm just curious about your intentions - to build a legitimate breeding business, or to blow smoke while you get Ballbids up and running again?

I'm curious why he decided to surface as well, but in zack's defense (kind of) he's always posted with spelling errors, and usually the same ones. I'm not sitting in judgment, but I don't think he's having avi or anyone ghost write for him. avi usually took more pains to come across as genial and an open book, but zack's knee-jerk reaction seems to be defensive. again, only an observation, not a judgment.

ballbids as a business has already given themselves more than enough rope to hang the business many times over. aside from continuing to let potential customers know who they're dealing with if they happen to stumble upon zack's advertisements or ballbids' (misleading) marketing efforts, I think this thread has served its purpose. however, I have to admit to a curiosity about his decision to waive the white flag and seek permission to re-establish a presence on the board again only to pick up right where he left off last year.

It's all fake. He is simply stringing together legal words and phrases which are meaningless taken together. It's as if he went to Walmart to the child's toy department, bought a plastic rattlesnake rattle, and pinned it to his behind, and expected us to be afraid when he shook his booty.

It is almost funny, except for the fact that he is actually advertising snakes for sale. They are not expensive snakes but no matter, everyone who is considering purchasing a critter from him should make note of his past and present posts and behaviors and ask themselves whether that is the kind of person they want to engage in a transaction with, no matter how small.

Exactly what I was thinking. Makes for easy prey if new people don't know the scam background he has...not exactly fair to someone hoping to buy from a reputable breeder.

Done. The BOI thread I just initiated shows up when one uses the 'BOI Button' in his ads, and that thread is linked back to this one.
