    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Bad Guy west coast roaches Daniel Penunuri

West Coast Roaches also have been giving me problems. At first they wouldnt ship me the medium dubia starter kit i purchased because i lived in Florida, which was cool i can understand. So we made arrangements for the same purchase but with discoids instead. It should of been 35Females and 15Males all together; But instead they sent me 23 nymphs in a little cup and still hasnt called me back. I would be hesitant to purchase from these guys.
 
I have spoken with you several times regarding your orders, I explained why you could not get the Dubia in FL, and that Discoids were more expensive and would be a difference in the counts. Since this time you have even called to order more Discoids. I even offered you a refund for the full purchase price once we realized you live in FL.You elected to receive the shipment.

Im not sure how I am giving your problems.
I spoke with you 2 days ago and all was fine.

Now it is, and thx for everything. Sorry before i was really annoyed and thought i was getting ripped off. But afterwards everything worked out sorry for the venting.
 
Seems like this is the place to post when you are disgruntled customer of West Coast Roaches. I ordered 100 Medium Dubia roaches on Nov. 13th and a heating pad on the 14th. I got the roaches no problem, but a majority of them were the tiny ones and very few medium; it didn't even look like there was 100 in there! It is now November 27th, and although I've attempted to contact them a few times at this point, my heating pad still hasn't arrived, nor do I have tracking information to even know where it's at.

After reading the service parts of this thread, seems like I'm not the only one who has had either of these issues.
 
Your tracking number should have been sent to you email by paypal when we shipped it. The heat mats are assembled by hand when ordered.

The mediums we put out start range from
1/4 inch to 3/4 with most being 5/8 inch.
 
There was nothing sent to my Paypal e-mail nor the e-mail I've been sending requests to you from. This tracking information shows it was just sent out yesterday, which hardly has anything to do with the holiday. Are you telling me it takes 11-12 days to create and ship a heating mat?
 
Our heat mats are assembled off of the premises. Again, we do apologize for the delay. We have sent a full refund for the heat mat. It is on us. Thank you for your business. Please let us know when you receive it.
 
normally I do way more research before buying, however in my excitement to start a colony and in my surprise that my girlfriend endorsed it, I recently placed an order with this guy. Nothing has happened just yet it was a recent purchase, he did get back to me pretty promptly through the ticket dynamic on his own website, when I had questions.

Im sad to see this feedback however. Where theres smoke theres usually fire, hopefully I wont get roasted in the process.

When i sell lg,they are only $160 shipped per 1000. So magic is right. That was a LOT of money for 500 .

Dont need to push. Selling all i can right now. I was just agreeing with magic merlin.
I dont sell lgs hardly ever. And when i do,they wont be 150 for 500lg males either. I dont pick through to take females out like some do!
What needs to be done,is to take 100% care of people you sell to. Its not about me selling. I have ads and do very well. But thanks for your suggestion.

And she asked right in her post if anyone has seen anyone selling for that price. I replied man. Dont be mad,just treat people like they want to be treated when spending hard earned money. Give them what they pay for,and not males.
 
Where is this post you are referring to? I go back 4 pages which are all over a year old and do not find it. No one is mad here.. But I do find you pretty amusing. I won't sit here on a thread and go back and forth with you. If you have a personal issue or a business issue with us feel free to give us a call. The feeder industry would be better off if we could learn to get along. You have a wonderful night!

what vendor? please let me know because 500 large nymphs for 75$ is a killer price... not mixed nymphs. i wanted large only.

i purchased them from west coast roaches because i contacted several sellers on fauna and from online stores, all of them were not selling large nymphs. westcoast saw i was looking for a colony so he contacted me threw pm.

Here you go. Im not looking to argue either. I also didnt see it was a yeaar old thread,but it up front so i thought it was newer.
I am amusing. I am selling thousands of dubia too. So its working for me. Better to be amusing then to have a bad rep.

No personal isdue or business either. Just hate people who do things like you did. They are the easiest roach to breed and no readon to do those things. Thats all. You got yourself here and not through me.
