    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Hello everyone. I have done several transactions involving tortoises with Andrew at Arizona Tortoise Compound. Both in selling and purchasing (both ways) on different deals. I can honestly say that both payment and delivery of any deal I have ever done with Andrew has gone very smoothly! I felt this was a necessary thread because people keep posting to an existing thread with indicates he is a bad guy. That is not fair. In fact, once a accusation has been proven to be incorrect, the thread should be purged. That is one of the flaws I have found in the BOI. Some people come to look for facts, and others come to turn it into a Jerry Springer episode. Until proven otherwise, I feel Andrew is a good guy to do business with, and I would recommend him to anyone. Have a great day!

The "accusation" you speak of against ATC hasnt been proven to be incorrect, as a matter of fact. The fact that you, and they, would like it to appear so just makes some wonder......
And BOI threads are never edited and never purged, thank heavens. I'm truly grateful to Rich that things can't be swept under the rug. ATCs contribution of that radiated tortoises death makes me sick.

I encourage all buyers to thoroughly (even if it takes a bit) research a possible seller.

The reptile world doesn't forget easily, as much as you'd hope Joe.

Very comical and predictable that people post here pretending to know me or antagonize this thread! Especially when I have never done business with any of you, or have ever heard of any of you in the reptile community. Have a wonderful, wonderful day!

Why Hello Joe. It wasn't hard to find. The thread I referenced is one where you sold someone a supposed Captive Bred Tortoise with health issues and parasites. You spent much of your time in that thread stating that "the BOI isn't fair". Then when another customer of yours pops up and states that you sent him a tortoise with shell rot you completely disappeared. That makes your credibility VERY suspect, especially when you suddenly appear to defend a fellow tortoise keeper who has sent an animal that did not survive the shipping., Funny thing (or not is that he has also disappeared and instead is trying to get everyone he knows to post good guy when he should be answering questions about his own bad guy thread. I don't know you and after reading about the animals you ship, wouldn't want to. My only knowledge of you is on this board and that is enough for me. Keep up with the "spread the good word", I'm sure that it is helping Andrew.

Still trying to hide behind your pitifully transparent display of smug indifference, I see. While this thread isn't explicitly about you, there's no restriction on questioning your own character and motives. When given enough information, some may come tot he "birds of a feather" conclusion that some of us already believe. Our involvement in this thread may not only help someone avoid being stiffed on a DOA sent by ATC; but could also possibly help someone avoid buying a parasite-laden tortoise from you. It's a win-win scenario. As much as you may wish it to be true, the simple act of you making a statement doesn't automatically make it true; and no matter how much you whine about it, your exploits are going to stay here in black and white on the BOI for all to see.

Were the complaints about the BOI before or after he got kicked off of Kingsnake?

Good question Lucille, As it turns out he (Joe I) came to the BOI complaining about KS long after he stated that the BOI was unfair. Shows us just a bit more about him. Andrew of ATC, Who else have you got? This one is a bust!!!:rofl:

"I did not see that anyone has posted that a "Bad Guy" thread can be retracted. So, if that is true, there is permanent damage done here and my opinion stands as the BOI is totally unfair".

Then on 9/5/2012 he came here with a thread accusing Jeff B at ks.com of treating him unfairly. That one backfired also. He has had numerous complaints lodged against him for sick animals, but always denies everything and then disappears. Note to Andrew at ATC, if you are going to have character witnesses come here on your behalf, you should probably make sure that they have character and not are one!!!

But...with that being said "Fauna" is the best Website for buying animals at this time. (Minus the few trouble makers.)
I have never heard of any of you guys that have responded or done business with you. But, yet you are quick to judge people. Have any of you done business with Andrew? My guess is no as well.

Plus, is there any coincidence you all use "The Devil" as your representative? Lol....

I'm not sure if you were just trying to be funny or sarcastic or you just don't know. But the demon you see on some members profile like mine means that you have access to the forum "**HELL**". Hell is basically an un-moderated forum in which the content might not be suitable for all and is age restricted. So you must join the group to gain access to read or post in the "Hell" forum. After you have successfully joined the group the little demon(that you referred to) is displayed in your profile. It's just like the coins that are displayed for contributing members. The demon is not something a member chooses like their avatar. Just thought I'd make that clear for those that didn't know.
 
HI Charles. Thanks for the clarification. No offense to you of course, but if there are people like that in "Hell", I never want to sign up for it.

I think things would work so much nicer if people were only aloud to respond if they actually did business with a particular person. Again, certain people enjoy roasting others and get great pleasure out of it. (Everyone here knows who those people are..) But, like you mentioned that is why society must have a "Hell".

And one of the great things about the BOI, is that not only can you see who the SCUMBAG BAD GUY SELLERS ARE, (such as ATC) but you also get to know buyers before you ever make the mistake of selling to them.

Search the BOI for your name, Joe! Everything a potential seller wants or needs to know about you is up here. Know that sellers do check for incompetent buyers all the time on here! It's not just for buyers! And guess what? Some sellers don't worship the almighty dollar, and they'll turn down buyers for the things those buyers have said in the BOI. I know I do!

You might just find yourself in the same boat as your buddy Andrew.

And quit with the whole "if you aren't part of this transaction you shouldn't be able to post" not only do you sound whiny, but you don't make the playground rules.
 
It seems to me that Joe is deliberately trying to create little side dramas to take away attention from the real issue here from the Bad Guy thread written about ATC:

No Lucille. I guess you missed the point again. I am simply posting that I personally have dealt with Andrew at ATC many times and have never had a problem with him. That is what a Good Guy post is for!

You can on this thread to ridicule me. You have never done business with Andrew personally because I asked him. So, wouldn't you be the one that is trying to sabotage and distract people from Andrew's good guy thread?

Joe, I guess it is like someone accused of murder bringing in Charles Manson for a character witness. You have enough of your own issues with shipping sick or parasite infected Tortoises. Jumping in a thread that you started with vague references to "phone calls" from members isn't helping you. Rich Z the owner of this site asked you a direct question in that thread and once again you have disappeared from it. I think you need to attend to your own issues and leave Andrew to his. If you are reading these threads he is now losing business.
