    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Yeah, you're right. Assuming even basic intelligence and common sense from anyone is pretty asinine. And yes, talking to you is like banging my head against a wall. Your mind was made up from the moment this was posted. What have you got against Carson that makes you so quick to believe OP?
Personally, I've been following Carson for quite a while now. He has an impressive collection and does giveaways on a fairly regular basis. If he were so money-hungry that he'd risk his reputation and his business over $3000 why would he be giving snakes away?

at the time of this agreement both those males were babies
So with that being said I raised up both males which I raise my males slow.
I breed my males at 14 to 16 months old and 800 to 950 grams
With the breeding season 4 to 6 months your talking 18 to 22 months

Both males didn't breed last season so that voided out our agreement
Both males a breeding great now

So I called the OP and told him that the both males flaked out this season
So I offered the OP a banana and bunch of other morphs
He agreed and then changed the agreement a few time of a few weeks
We finally came up with a solid agreement on a ball package

I was getting ready to ship to him within the week and I received a call from a customer looking for a banana
I called the OP and asked if he wanted me to sell it he stated yes so I sold it and added the difference and sent him the cash

After this I told the OP I was sending him a few balls to make up for not producing anything from those males last season which I will send in the next week or two weather permitted

He was onboard with making some money on the offspring from those 2 males

I can only guess he was frustrated by now and just wanted to get this done
Which is understandable after those males flaked out

I my mind was made up so soon, I would not have needed to ask a single question. Another incorrect assumption. I have nothing against Carson. No animosity whatsoever. So leave the melodramatics out of this, please. Curious about the "following" thing.

You told him he could have ball pythons or nothing. He was never "on board". He had to settle for what he could get because he would get SQUAT otherwise!
 
Chris, according to Guy's original post and the posts by Carson that he didn't correct until much further down the line, Guy didn't ask for a refund until September of this year. He said they agreed on a deal with ball pythons and that when that didn't go through, he asked for a refund. Then he later contradicts himself and says the original deal was for a refund.

If that's true, you would have, and should have insisted he take his money back. Surely you had the money from the thousands of sales you make a year. Multiplied by three to boot.
 
The most "proof" you have to offer about his supposed lack of credibility is that he decided against making a BOI post? Yet you ignore Guy changing major parts of his story?

Carson, are you now denying our original agreement if the scaleless corn snakes did not go through I wassuppose to receive a full refund? When I asked for it you then told me you would be able to get some scaleless corns the following year. Again when that fell through I asked for my money back and you told me the only thing I would get would be ball pythons. On every phone conversation you never disagreed on what the original deal was just that you were trying to make it right and you would "throw" something my way. Every time we had a new agreement you always delayed your side of it. Also, we never had any type of partnership, you were suppose to send a package of balls and never did. You did not even tell me the balls I was suppose to receive did not even mate until you were suppose to send babies. As you know I have been very lenient it what I would accept since I could not have a cash refund - for someone who ships hundreds of ball pythons every year why was it so hard to offer what you had?
