    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Just seen this on his facebook page -

There should be a discussion thread on the auction's business model. It makes a lot of sense if the seller has a spotless reputation, or the buyers have 100% faith in the seller. It is a win/win. There are a lot of things I could buy on a payment plan. I just don't ask for payment plans so I don't know if the sellers are willing. An auction where I may already be getting a great deal, coupled with a payment plan might encourage me to get some animals that I have wanted for a while, but hesitated to buy. It just depends on the seller.
 
Country Girl Herps, who started a good guy thread on him, commented on the page that it was a great idea..So yeah some people will be into it...I bet the reserve price will be set within $50 of his asking price anyways...But this is a good way to take money upfront without having to get rid of critters..And I doubt these sales will include any kind of contracts..

my comments on this thread are simple if you have no direct knowledege of these people or the deal between them you should mind your own business and putting me down for standing up for someone is bulling im sure you are aware of this as you want to jump on the bandwagon bringing up a thread that was a thread about nothing other than who i am not a single person has yet to come foward to say me or my husband ripped them off or took them in a bad deal .............

Just letting everyone know- I received the ball pythons from Carson this afternoon. I can post pictures later tonight.

I greatly appreciate the effort of everyone to help me in resolving this situation. I stand behind everything I posted, everything I posted was correct to my recollection and the conversations that I had with Carson. For everyone who doubted or questioned my claims, the truth will come out.

Glad you got your snakes and money...Contract contract contract...It can be a a proper email with a guarantee involving shipping deadlines, TOS, payments etc..
 
Guy, it is great that you got your snakes. Congrats. Because I like loose ends all wrapped up, and I don't recall you ever come out an answering when others were siding with Carson and questioning you, I have to ask. Did you ask for a cash refund when Carson could not get you scaleless corn snakes? Was there any reason you would not have accepted cash back at that time?
 
Dave, I asked for a cash refund the first time I was told I would not get the scaleless corns. Which was our original deal. I had been asking for a refund ever since, why would I not ever accept a refund?

If you don't mind answering just one question. I asked Carson a straight forward yes/no question in post #405. At the end of his post #406, he answered NO. Was his answer accurate?
