If you don't like how I run this site, Mike, hopefully you are smart enough and ambitious enough to be able to find the exit door. As you have said, you have never really participated much here, so certainly no loss to me if you stomp off in a huff because I don't believe that you know better than me how to do this kind of stuff. I had offered them back to Tibor when it became clear this was becoming a problem, which he refused.

I have listed a group of animals I wasn't planning on selling to expedite raising the money for Tibor.

I hope to have this all wrapped up and finished within the next week or two, depending on sales. I have more than enough inventory, I just need to make a sale or two happen and then this can all be finished.

While I'm responding. There was a mention of cages not being delivered. When the cages were advertised it was noted that pick up at my house was the only option as I do not own a truck. When the trade was proposed by Tibor for the cages I accepted but reiterated that I do not have a truck for delivery so he would need to pick them up. There was one attempt to arrange a meeting to pick them up, but I was busy that day and not home. The cages have been sitting for him since this deal was proposed.

So, is there a signed consignment agreement for the boas? Were you supposed to pay Tibor before or after the animals were sold? Since you offered the snakes back and he didn't want them, and it looks like there was little interest from buyers, were there any discussions about dropping prices to get the boas sold faster?

I know he is well liked and I have known him a long time.. and really don't want to drag him in the mud ..but..the way he has been with me ..is just the opposite..of Jordan.
on june 18th 2013 he came over and picked up $5000 worth of 2013 boa morphs..july 4-5.. Jordan came over and paid me $1500..which was fine and I left him alone all summer and early fall..times up ..need the balance.
not emailing or calling any longer..
not sure what to do..paper work for small claims is next.

Were the snakes on consignment ?

This reads like a sale and purchase agreement gone bad but the word "consignment" is used occasionally which is causing confusion.
Did this deal start out as a consignment deal then the OP changed it to a sale and purchase agreement. If so did Mr. Russell agree to it ?

I owe him, I'll pay him, I handled the situation incorrectly by ever trying to help move them by trading around and what I thought was a creative or strategic approach turned out to be nothing positive for the situation. Had that not occurred I would have just driven by and dropped off what hadn't sold and been done with this... instead we have animals he doesn't want, and aren't selling for me and I'm on the hook for the tab. Jordan your back pedaling.. big time..when you called me needing animals to sell @ a san jose show last yr ...I got them to together for you and off you went...show was a bust.. you mentioned once you returned..a month 45 days pass and all were sold and you squared up...you wanted more but they were recently born and need a little more time...I called you and mentioned they were ready and you came and pick them up..I wanted a 100 more on the sunglow motley males in this group they were the best I have produced. summer passes ..jordan mentioned hes not doing shows any longer..and a friend was doing the shows and took them to anaheim..oct came.. you said just one to sell...then a while later(many days) you called and said you car broke down and some bp hets you sold yrs back did not prove out to someone in lv and the banana balls Iyou were trying to sell to get your money had to go to the guy in lv to square up that deal...you mentioned you might get a job in the movie industry to find wk..but getting there was a problem and $$ was a problem...so @ this point I was confused and we hung up with each other...another show and you said just 2 more to sell..you said that a few times ..then in nov I learned that your friend had one of my males sgmot in his collection..I asked if he paid for it and said he made arrangements with you on him...no money so far and I was up set...and he called me again and knew of you owning me money and felt bad and mentioned you over extended your self...well dec I emailed you wanting something for the holidays..no return...then I called later in month no return.. I went ahead and buolt the enclosiers I needed thinking you had sold the Aplastic stack...so if I have not posted on the boi..you still would be avoiding me..
whats funny is all the past yrs when I gave them to you and you made 4-5 -600 on one animal I was a small gold mind for you.
I think 10 -12 yrs ago you got it trouble the same way and left the hobby..I can't find a boi post that old...I might be totally wrong on the last part.
it would not even be close to this point if you had come over to talk to me..I also needed your help with a big shipmeant this summer to make sure I coorectly pack them..and no return call...you been totally backwards from the old jordan.

What I was posted was not untrue, and there is no back peddling. That is IN FACT exactly what happened.

I have purchased exactly 4 groups of boas from you, period, ever.

Your reasoning for wanting more for the boas was because you told me you owed a lady for painting her house incorrectly. This was the reason I could only
reach you via email at the time as you said you were not answering your phone at the time as she kept calling you.

The boas were far from the best you've produced. The quality was average at best on all but 1, and 1 also had a kinked tail.

The "het" story you are telling is some weird amalgamation of inserted untruths and partial facts. Here is what happened. A friend wanted out and brought me a lot of his collection. Another friend wanted some, and bought many of them. Some time later they did not prove out. I made it right, as the original person had since left the hobby and was unreachable. You were asking why I couldn't pay for them as I had just listed a lot of high end ball pythons and marked them sold so I must have the money. I explained that they went to that friend to fix the previous situation and that I had received no money for them. There was no banana in the equation ever, anywhere. He does not live in las vegas, and I honestly really don't understand what this has to do with the price of tea in China.

As has been reiterated over and over again, I have not once avoided you. When you THOUGHT I did because my phone number had changed and you called a friend and flew off the handle at him telling him you were going to show up at my house take my collection and beat me up was the first time I had any idea there was a problem between us. Sorry if I wasn't super eager to drive to your house after having a personal threat thrown around for what I saw as an insane response to someone changing their phone number (which I had posted was happening everywhere I could).

If you're mad about some shipping situation you thought I owed you help with, I'm sorry but this is news to me.

I do not owe you $3,500.00 the trade of the two albino motley boas was for a stack of cages you failed to pick up. The debt is $2,700.00 and your cages will be delivered, in spite of that never being the arrangement.
