    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Looks like I missed out on somethings since yesterday. I'm not really surprised she got herself banned.

Those Police reports can be made up on Microsoft Word and you can also find Templates on the Internet. Just saying.....
 
If I may make a comment here. If you are going to post a thread here on the BOI about someone, PLEASE take the time to spell their name correctly. Otherwise you have pretty much just wasted the resources here for future reference. Yeah, I know it has been entertaining, but once it stops becoming actively participated in, it will fall right off the radar for good. If someone does a search on the person's name, this thread just may never show up because of the spelling error. And no, management here does not correct such errors, because to do so, WE then legally become co-authors to the thread.
 
Been extremely busy with prepping shipping over the weekend, I'm sorry I could not respond to this thread earlier. I was also waiting to talk with John to get more details on this.

She was saying that John told her "this is how business is done". We have spoken with hundreds of customers since she placed her order in November, but this jogged his memory. When she placed the order, she asked if we could beat a rodent pro quote for the same group and he beat their total cost by $10. She was happy with this and placed the order.

After receiving the order, she called back saying that one of the individual items was higher priced than rodent pro. John told her that he would be glad to redo the invoice but the total would still come out the same as before. (the $10 overall discount)

He had just reduced the total bill to compete with rodent pro and did not change the itemization details on the invoice. She was getting angry over this detail that had nothing to do with the total price, wanting money back even though the price was as agreed. John likely said something to the effect of “this is how we normally do it” (reduce invoices).

When we realized that Michelle had done the charge-back, we did attempt to collect that debt. The multiple calls were a lot, but if she had answered the phone and been willing to discuss it, there would have only been one phone call.

We do our very best to keep our customers happy. We replace any product that does not arrive frozen or if it is damaged during shipping. Her order was not large, but when you’re so quick to fix issues it can get under your skin when someone takes the product and reverses the charge when there is no known issue.

I did not intend to create the spiral that Michelle has taken here. I just wanted to warn people about the bad experience we had and explain why we will not be doing business with her in the future.

That statement, allegedly made to State Patrol, I believe is fake.
For one thing, in the line for court, the court name would be there. Not "Local Criminal".
Also, there is no report number (which must be there).
The numbers (one of two) are also incorrect because a statement would be included with the entire report (which would be more than two pages when statement is included).
There would be no reason for you to block out the officer's name (the one you allegedly spoke to). Nor any good reason to block out county, etc. Those would not disclose your address.
I could go on. Suffice it to say that, again, it looks fake.
What is the reason for no signatures?
Where is the rest of the report? Where is the face sheet of the report? Where is the officer's narrative?
To add a little more, those forms can be downloaded from the NY State Criminal Justice site (though I did not find the exact one you have).

Also, wanted to touch on your statement that the officer took your receipt. There is no reason that he/she would do that. The receipt would only be for a civil case (which Law Enforcement does not involve themselves with). So, I do not believe that the Patrol Officer took, and is in possession of, your receipt.

BTW MD has every right to contact you in pursuing payment.
The only thing I can say, on your behalf, is that there are certain guidelines which includes that they cannot do so in a harassing manner (i.e. numerous calls in one day).

If you want this to stand as a warning to future people who may trade with Michelle, I suggest you start a second thread with her name CORRECTLY spelled in the title, so that she will come up on future searches. Make it a short statement with a link to this thread so that people can then come and see this discussion.

I noticed that as well.

It amazes me that people think the way she does. She truly doesn't think she has done anything wrong. In her mind she is justified.

I fear that MD will not see their funds, however the warning is out there about her willingness to lie to get her way.

Her story lacks any truthfulness.

For whatever it may be worth - given that she has already admitted using a false location, I wouldn't automatically assume that the OP mistyped her name...
I doubt that Heath is checking this thread; but confirmation of the name (as it appears in their customer record) would be appreciated.
 
So seems to me that Ms.Korbel doesn't really care, but couldn't stop responding. I guess she got caught up in the whole, "don't want to watch a train wreck but can't look away" thing. Except she is the wreck, and was rubbernecking her own wreckage.

From what I googled of the "Br0wn3y3z315", it seems as though she's dirty (liar, and a user, and if she wants to have her own porn online, then good for her, but don't act indignant about it) and this is just another "conquest" to her. The supposed police report looks beyond fishy, and doesn't read correctly to me. And if she wasn't supposed to respond or show "evidence" then why did she go ahead and do so? That ruins her own supposed case she has going. She's just full of contradictions.

After her small vacation, I have a feeling that she's going to come back trying to say that she now has legal action pending against Rich for allowing her to post what she wasn't supposed to post, and ruining her case she had pending against MiceDirect. Either way, it's never going to be her fault and we're all just picking on her. "Woe-is-me, boohoo. :crying: "

If she's taking CJ classes, she must just be starting, because she really has no clue how cease and desist orders work if she actually has one...
