In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Bad Guy Tim Salime tsalime77 xiu

If you were given an opportunity to inspect the tortoises yourself in person, and found that there was something wrong with them, why would you still buy it? Were you being forced or threatened to buy the tortoise by this seller? You said that there are other people complaining about what tsalime77 sells/sold, anything to prove/show that?
Baby tortoises sometimes do get sick for many reasons. I heard the weather in Canada is extreme this year. Don't you think it's caused by the weather/temperature? We need to find out the real reason why the little red foot died before we could start to judge the seller.....

Just curious what kind of tortoise was this? Is he in Canada or US? Did he cross over country lines without declaring the animals(smuggling). These questions are just as important as the others are asking as no it seems like this is much more than an ill animal.

Wow Lucille get a freaking life...you are on every thread harassing people that if they don't post proof they are lying...find something to do. My god...

Since you are aware that Lucille is on "every thread", than you must be as well. What? Nothing to do either? My god...

Well I thank you Mike for the support lol.

When I can Ill post the proof.
I also asked the others to come forward to post on this thread. Some of them I know are on here one person did respond, but he put it on the wrong thread about this person. I think the other 2 ladies that msged me in the group on facebook do not have an account here. Perhaps I can link the thread from facebook?

Please feel free to read all my posts. They answer pretty much all you asked with the acception of if he threatened me. And even tho its sarcasm no he didnt. But again I answered that question already as to why I still bought it.

As for others that have complained some have their own threads on here as well (which I did mention) one even commented on the other thread about this person and I just posted the link for the thread on facebook you can see yourself! C and C Tortoises was one of the people that had a thread!

As for reasons why an animal got sick yes there are always other possibilities, however when all you are selling are sick animals all dying and the common denominator is tim salime (fei luo) you start to wonder. And not all the tortoises were bought at the same time not all the tortoises were from the same clutch either. Adults and babies are being sold and its not just red footed tortoises hes selling if you look thru classifieds youll find hes buying and selling quite a few different turtles and tortoises. One member msged me that he bought leos.

I have no horse in this race, but you seem to have the time to accuse this seller of selling sick animals, but not the time to post the proofs you say you have.
Whether you in fact took your critter to the vet and when you did so is an important piece of information, you have not said when the critter was seen, and you have not posted the diagnosis. You say the tortoise lived a month in your care, could the death have been from husbandry issues or a delayed vet visit?
I'm not saying that is what happened necessarily, but a lot can happen in a month.

Perhaps I can link the thread from facebook?

Facebook posts can be edited or removed, so linking a Facebook page as a source of information is not a good idea.

I do not have a computer everything is done by phone! I have no problems posting proof other then not having a computer easily available to scan the documents so if you can be patient and as I have stated several times I will scan and post the documents here! Vet visit wasnt delayed at all. I took him the same day I called texted and emailed this dirt bag. The reason for me trying to contact this person was to take the tortoise back as thats what he said he would do was take him back. When I realised that day he screwed me my husband brought him in

As for the thread, well you said no one of the people involved commented here and im sure not everyone knows about this site that are involved besides the ppl actually on it or those that suggested I post here, so I posted the open conversation. Thats the great thing about facebook lol it actually says on it if a post is edited. I didnt take a picture of the posts so no editing from my side. The convo is right there so you may see freely the 2 other ladies that bought tortoises from him as well.

Does your phone have a camera? You can take pictures of the documents and posts and either upload them straight from your phone, or send the pictures to someone who can upload them for you.

As horrible as it would be to let a guy get away with selling sick animals, wouldn't it be just as bad, or worse, for us to condemn a guy we know nothing about based solely on the words of one person, with nothing else to back it up? A bad guy thread can damage someone's business and public image. I know I'd definitely want people to demand proof before labeling me a "bad guy".

That being said, I don't not believe this happened to you. It can be really exciting getting a new animal, and if the seller is a smooth talker they can easily sooth your fears about issues with the animals. Its an unfortunate way to have to learn such a lesson, but sometimes that's what happens. If everything you've said is true, then I'm sure you'll soon be able to post the proof, and hopefully other people will come forward to back you up.

I feel I should point something out I suspect others may have overlooked and ask a simple question.

In post #21 of this thread, the poster referred to the late neonate tortoise the OP suffered the loss of as a "red foot" when the type of tortoise had not been revealed in this thread before that point. I checked the OP's other contributions to the topic (the seller in question) across multiple threads. I could have missed it, but I saw no mention of the tortoise she had bought as being specifically stated to be a redfoot. Only one message mentioning some coloration, but still not a redfoot label.

Following the above, how would the poster who composed post #21 in this thread have known it (the late baby tortoise) was a redfoot so as to label it specifically?

I believe this lends some additional support to the concept of the aliases involved either belonging to the same individual (as several people have maintained with varying types and degrees of connection and evidence) or collaborators. I suspect the former more so than the latter at this point, but I am still skeptically willing to entertain the possibility of there being more organized deception afoot.

While "Jimmy Rose" posted on the seventh and there was a Canadian Facebook group posting on the fifth, Jimmy Rose is/was not a member of it and it would seem slightly odd to me for a fellow "in FL" to keep abreast of that specific Canadian keeper group's activities such that he would be aware of that post and come to the defense of the accused in this thread before the post in that group was linked in this thread. This is also not the first time said poster has defended or endorsed what are believed to be alternate identities.

My belief is that the reason he knew it was a redfoot or "red foot" was simply because he is either the same seller or is a collaborator of his, the former possibility holding superior parsimony relative to the latter.

This memory fragment was recalled and reinvestigated based on a jogging by new wanted ads for turtles by "Tim Salime". Please exercise caution in your dealings, folks.

Unfortunately I have been advised by wildlife not to further post. You may however contact them directly for any info regarding Fei Luo ( found out this is his dads name) and his girlfriend. If anyone else has any information regarding him as well they are asked to contact them as well. Theres a file ongoing.

Aaaaaaaand your credibility is gone. I thought you might be telling the truth and actually had proof of what happened right up until you posted this. I believe Lucille is correct in assuming you have posted no proof because you have none. Im not saying that particular seller is any good or not, but you are definitely on my DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH list. :shootfoot

To be clear, tsalime77 (Tim Salime) is part of the Jeremy Rose, Shawn George, complex of accounts. The only reason it hadn't been banned yet was this particular account had been dormant for awhile. This will be remedied in short order.

That is your choice! Id rather have one person not do business with me then continue posting and help this smuggler out. Wildlife told me to shut my mouth and that is what Im doing! You do not have to believe me! Wildlife was handed over all proof should you continue to doubt I gave you the number to call.

Oh yeah? I'm an astronaut and I frequent the moon on a regular basis.

I've also harnessed the complete equation behind the Higgs boson particle and phenomena - I can now teleport through space and time, bending it with my mind.
