Well, Charles, I am about a month away from my Master's in Social Work and have some pretty extensive research into scam artists via antisocial personality disorder, so you could say I know a bit about the subject. I wouldn't say I'm an "official authority", but I'm a long way off from uneducated around the subject. Again, I had nothing to do with the calling of animal control (your own grandmother did) and I didn't start the thread - only added to it after well over a year of non-payment. Also, rules are not by county. They are by city. Minneapolis currently has a ban on exotics, but not all of Hennepin County. I don't live in Minneapolis.

It's fact that my grandmother called AC at she has ben fed up with all the crank calls from member of the BOI, and issues related to April's post. Not to include the orginal FALSE called to Animal control saying I was not taking care of my reptiles!

Another fact it's illegal to simple give ownership animals and or reptiles with consent of the owner. It was crafty of the the one MHS members part agree with the the KNOWN non ownership signature from my FATHER " Charles Schuck Jr " of side reptiles.

Funny no one post the court finds on this topic! I'll court he judge as she looked over to the Animal Control offer " If Charles Schuck III will spend 2day in jail to his ALLIGATOR and BREED his reptiles lets make sure he can GET THEM BACK ! " then the judge as me if I can house them somewhere else and I responded yes and given another 24hours I would have relocated them, Finding adequate places to rent to house my 5' gator and several reptiles is not simplest of tasks.

When I was released before I even got to the car in front of my lawyer call AC and was informed that I need to pay 25/Day for each reptiles for the care and feeding. Funny they took cages and good for them LOL. I left it along and could that point made a huge issues of this being the following facts:

1. Most if not many of the adoptions including to my knowledge April lived and housed reptiles in counties where Exotics pets are prohibited. Hennepin being County being one of the worst. There 's policy is simple " Exotic pets are prohibited including some tropical fish " Now I'm basing my knowledge trust and to fact based on my research when the happen but I'm 90% the laws have not changed since.

Never once did I say anything about court (which would not be worth the trouble for the amount) and never once did I call or encourage anyone in any way to call your house, your grandmother's house, your work, anywhere. Before her posting here I invited her to my home, showed her my breeding plans and ect. Informed her of my current $$ issues at the time, After a few weeks of she expected me to provide her with weekly updates which I didn't think was necessary. She made claims claims of going to court and at the time has got an attitude due to the time it had taken, at some point I said Fine let go to court. Which mind you never happened, Then she posted here and I got crank calls to my grandmother house, False Calls to Animal Control and several called to my boos at target telling him to read this thread, finally after several people call my contract was ending it was through these times I started give her the same treatment, Name calling and ect. As I receiving which is why as of today, She has never been giving one cent from me HOW EVER she did get reptiles owned by me indirectly or directly as compensation.

Have I pissed off a some customer(s), Yea more than a few, Police, Judges, family and friends! I do admit I could have resolved them in a better manner, but at the same time retail customer(s) can test your stress level when issues arise.

How ever this section of the forum is to resolve issues and lets stick to the issues resolution, name calling and finger point takes away from the topic at hand, With that said I'll admit in my unprofessional manner in dealing with April issues with me, My reason are pointless, She should have been refunded in a timely manner, April for that I am truly sorry! At the time nice size deal went bad on ebay and franking I was in the negative.

Today's a new day and even though April had been reimbursed, I'd like to take this time to take full responsibility of my actions and pay her the original $120 and make any arrangements for pickup, transfer and ect. to April at anytime next Thursday for pickup! As for any other issues or claims, two of the posted additional claims are faulty at best. I will take full responsibility on ALL past and or present business related issues giving support documentation and that all our policies where followed. I've not been hiding I'm still spend Sundays and Mondays with my grandmother and my information and life is and always will be an open book!

No your wrong, there was several false calls to Animal control after your post. Which the cranks calls and ect. to my grandmother was the one of the major factors in calling AC.
