    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Below is a copy and paste from the classifieds. I edited out the OP's mention of another vendor as I considered that inappropriate advertising for a BOI post. I have also contacted Eric so that he can respond.

Eric Ivins of South Central Herpetological has the following turtles that should have been exported to me since May 2013 and has still not done so even after I provided the details of a reputable exporter who is willing to help.

(edited mention of another vendor xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx) :

2 x Emydura Australis
1 x Caramel Pink Albino RES
1 x Hypo Translucent RES
1 x Clown Eastern Painted Turtle

I have been very patient but have reached the stage where all I want is a refund and requested the funds back from his Bank via the international wire transfer I sent but was not successful due to a lack of funds in his account.
In order to help Eric out of this predicament, I am placing this ad on his behalf so that all his existing and potential customers will know he needs help and will pick up this bargain bunch of turtles so he can return my money that he received since May 2013.

I don't like to make assumptions based on where someone is from or because they're a new member but I will admit that when I first viewed this thread, it had no replies, and having only that first post to go on and those few fragments of information, I just laughed to myself.
 
I just want to chime in and say its pretty disrespectful for you to assume hes lying just because its his first post... if hes an international buyer why would he have other posts? Considering how easy it would be to rip somebody off through a wire transfer its not right at all for anyone to jump to the conclusion its a lie.

That being said if you did a wire transfer post a pic of the paperwork.
 
Mike, this BOI post is actually the OP's second post here. The first, copied and pasted by Lucille, and posted in the Classifieds was his first. It has now, evidently, been removed.
 
I agree lets give him a chance. He has every right to post, it seems like a lot of international sellers have not been following thru lately. Caveat please explain we are all ears. I think the quick post were people misreading your issue.

Actually, it's his third ;). It took some redirecting to get him to the right place...unfortunately, the devil is in the details, and the simple post made here wasn't particularly enlightening.

Actually maybe Eric can shed some light on this situation. Ive never purchased from him but I know everytike ive inquired about animals, hes been quite quick with a response and seemed nice. Has anyone let him know about this thread?
 
As well as an announcement posted on 4-7, that SCH will be shut down "for a year or two", due to health and other issues.

Amanda, what order from SCH have you been waiting on?
 
The 'intermediary' whose name was omitted from Lucille's post was viewing the thread earlier. I wonder if he might have some insight as to what is happening here.
 
I was contacted to do the export.
If both parties can get it worked out I can export as early
as next week if they cooperatively choose to have me do it.
Other than that I have no details to share with the public regarding this matter.
