So pretty much not wanting to rock the boat with a paying classified advertiser and pushing off to IC3.
Paypal's Claim process is a sham, with three rounds of pushback, escalating with additional reasons they wouldn't do anything from "the seller says the tortoise is healthy which is good enough for us" to we don't do anything about live animal transactions to file a claim with IC3.
Probably going to go ahead and file the claim, though I don't expect anything out of it. But Kingsnake has lost my business and I'm certainly not going to use Paypal for any transaction of tangible size.
