I just choose to stay out of all of it until recently because I have seen people blow up and do some unspeakable things. JJ is a VERY old chameleon as anyone versed in the cham world knows and I never actually witnessed them hook up. She is in perfect health, just because she looses an eye means nothing. Amanada how long can you drag this out for at no time did I ever have full payment for the chameleon in my possession. You had made a $75 deposit and sent the remaining $300 as an which paypal told however I do not see you jumping all over them. If I had all of your money cleared at one time then there should have been a full refund for the $375 in our paypal, but we both know that did not happen. So I never had full payment at one time and who would ship without paying in full. You have had your refund and lost absolutely nothing so there is no issue what so ever here.

The reason I am not jumping over them is They sent me a replacement cham the NEXT day and when I received the 2nd I didnt even have to ask for a refund he sent it to me 10 minutes after he found out HE DID HIS JOB CORRECTLY!!!!! AND as far as the 2nd half I had sent you payments all the payments did clear and after trying to get a hold of you and no response for 3 days I made a dispute with PP and refused to close it since I could not reopen it until I had the Chameleon and would legally be out of that money, yes I did that I have never denied that, and Since you sent me a bogus tracking number I am glad I did not. I stayed quit until I saw several people plus the Koi fourms (as I didnt start this fourm AND I did state I got a refund which is more than others can say that I have seen post on Facebook as I can not speak for them on here) And I did state the first transaction was wonderful so not everything I have had to say about you is negative if only you ran your business like you did with the 1st transaction this thread would not be on here.

And yes I have outdoor enclosures Robert Nichols. If I choose to keep my tamataves together I am able to do so. All females are healthy enough to breed so when she showed the gravid colors I assumed she was bred. As she laid infertiles it only proved JJ WAS too old to breed. I knew he was old when purchasing him but was told he very well could still breed, so I kept him in with my girls. Classy is perfectly healthy let me put some pics on here that I have taken today and 2 days ago. Just because I thought she was bred does not mean she was, hence my comment that I never bred her because I didnt. I was only correcting your incorrect information.

I don't know why you two are fighting with one another. Neither of you have taken any money from one another, nor have had any direct conflict. I know both of you have disagreements but it's not either of yours problem.

Let's focus on making sure everyone is refunded from Kamo. That's what this thread is about.
