When Sydney said rescued, she means she took the chameleon from a less than adequate home. But the chameleon is in fine health, look at the pictures...

Besides that she never called anyone a name except a fool once, but if someone can't handle being called a fool them they need to grow up.

I have been in the situation where people know someone is bad but they won't speak up and it is annoying as hell. I posted a bag guy boi on alejandro17 spiralchams22 srspiritail ---all these are the same seller. Alex, but no one ever commented on it to help me out with the bad guy boi post and now he has screwed over tons of people by selling them sick, crossed, mitsio panther chameleons.

So point of this is yeah people need to comment and support Sydney, not sit back and let her get her hands dirty while they watch.

Ok, so since when are you on anyone's side? Before you posted that you just know both parties and feel that Kamo just fell short. Now all of a sudden you're on OP's side? Interesting...

I know both parties involved. I feel Kamo did his best to correct the situation but he fell short. He is new to the feeder industry and I think just got overwhelmed.

Here is the story as I know it.

Sydney ordered about a $100 of feeders, which were delivered late due to Kamo putting the wrong house number.

He put the wrong address from what I heard and should have been more careful, it ended up being held at the facility for multiple days and they arrived mostly dead.
He could have handled it better but I would not write him off just yet as a "bad guy".

He did refund you, whether or not he gave you the run around is a different story.

But if you take the refund, it is typical that a bad guy boi shouldn't be made. I would personally just not do business with him again if I were in your situation but not go as far to post a bad guy boi. But that is your choice to do so of course.

In Sydney's defense, if I spent a $100 on feeders and they arrived dead I would be upset as well and expect immediate action. It seemed as if it took a little too long to get the tracking information out along with a replacement order.

I really wish you both could have worked it out as I know both of you really are good people, beyond the feeders.

That is my two cents.

I still like you both and hope you two work it out.

That being said, this thread has taken a crud turn and is turning into a contest between RobMD1, and OP. If they want to continue to bicker back and forth, they should take it to PM's or start another thread. The bickering is taking this thread off point.

Everything you type for a 3rd party is hearsay, and has the option of being scrutinized, and no believed. If that's what you want out of this thread, then please, keep it up.

You had experience with seller, you got refund, you wrote a BG thread. It's about YOUR experience, NOT others. If they want to come add to this thread, then encourage them to do so. Until such time...it's all 3rd party anonymous information.

Misty, I think Nick knowing everyone involved as he is very large participant in the herp world wanted to try to simmer things down. It is not necessarily about 'sides', but once he was made aware of other information, information that is not on this BOI he saw how much deeper it was than just me speaking. Please do not get onto his head because he is a little more educated in the situation now. I do agree I should not have to post 3rd party and all the people I have mentioned HAVE been notified of my actions. But I do agree with all that you say, I just became very upset when Robert Nichols decided to chime in on matters he knows nothing about when he was recently banned from chameleon forums (facebook) because of his horrible mouth and dirty hands pointing fingers causing a lot of trouble. I apologize if my dislike shows on here but his issues go much farther than just here so it is hard for those reading just this to see. I posted this out of the good of my heart to warn others because the moment I made a facebook post on Chameleon Central USA there were MULTIPLE people coming forth with similar issues so I brought here. We all know too well not many speak up, I have not much hence Robert's comment I 'appeared a month ago'. Obviously I have been a member here for a few years and have been doing local business, mostly rehabilitation long before that. I hope everyone considers themselves warned and is wary Happy herp loving!

Sydney you where the one selling the JJ and two Tamatave Female trio a while back correct? I specially remember reading it and was shocked to find out that he was for sale again. In your listing you stated that you had to sell him due to you having to move am i not correct? But right above you just stated that you where so frustrated bc you left him in a cage with a one eyed female for three days with no breeding success. How did all your other chameleons manage to have room to move with you but conveniently had no room JJ and the female because they would not breed for you. So in turn you then went on here fauna and posted them as there was nothing wrong with them and you where so upset to have to get rid of them because you had to move when in reality it was because they would not breed for you. I don't know about you but thats a B.O.I if i have ever seen one. Remember when you start a B.O.I on someone else you are also putting your ethics, practices and values in questions also. You got a refund FULL refund immediately even though you stated you used about half of the hornworms. Turns out your not the princess you make yourself out to be huh Sydney?

Seems as though you got your refund from Evan Phillips, so I don't quite know why he's a bad guy...if it had been me, I would have used the "INFO" sign instead. But you had the right to choose as you did.

I would be happy to post every person that has ever purchased from me or sold to me and they would give you nothing but positive feedback. I only became off topic because I did not appreciate Rob stating facts about MY animals that I HAVE personally nursed back to health or raised that are not true.
