    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Evan how about you answer the 10k of fish you robbed from numerous people and the bait and switching you pulled before accusing others of stuff?

Such as taking photos of other peoples fish and selling them as your own?

Why are you trying to descredit others instead of defending your own case? Answer the questions that question your character and sales ethics please.

Not sure if your aware of this or not, but a majority of the people who threaten legal action for 'defamation of character' here are automatically disregarded simply because of that ridiculous statement. :shootfoot
 
Not a single person involved in the business described in this thread is inspiring any confidence at all. Im not choosing any sides in this one and am just not going to do business with any of these people due to MULTIPLE acts of hearsay from both the buyers and the seller, ridiculous defamation of character lawsuit threats by a buyer, and multiple acts of trying to lead this thread off topic buy the seller and the buyers.

I purchased JJ and was completely aware of whether or not he was breeding. So please do not talk like you know what this transaction entailed.

Sydney in no way scammed me, and if I shipped a chameleon to the wrong address I would be the laughing stock of the entire chameleon community. So take some responsibility about you screwing up like tons of feeder orders, and then also insulting others because they want a refund. You have handled yourself like crap throughout the entire situation. I tried to stand up for you in the beginning of this but you aren't forgiving for anything and you have yet to say that you will attempt to change your ways. You haven't even admitted that you were wrong.

I am over this post, between Rob and Evan doing their best to get Sydney off topic nothing has been accomplished to address what Evan did wrong.

Address the 10k plus of koi fish money you have stolen and refund them. Then apologize to the entire chameleon community. Next step, get a job that has nothing to do with animals.

Now Evan, Rob, and whoever else can respond with some more :censored: that is off topic from what Evan has done wrong and yet to correct.
 
OK I REALLY want to see this come to an end so here is MY take and IF I am wrong about anything please post it here with PROOF.

1.) Sydney Raym bought feeders it went bad she got a FULL REFUND B4 posting this BOI.
2.) Amanda Russell had a deal to buy a Cham it didnt go as planned and she got a FULL REFUND B4 this thread was posted. In addition there seems to be an issue over how much has been charged back i have seen screen shots and videos of both paypals and none of it makes much sense but I will say that Evans says his money is being withheld.
3.) Brian Murstig ordered feeders and a lot came in dead he got a 50% refund and from what I have been told was satisfied with the outcome his refund was also taken care of B4 this thread.
4.) Kathy Foley Midkiff also ordered feeders got roughly half of them and got half her money refunded, in addition to Brian she chose NOT to come here on her own but was rather outed by Sydney posting the convo.
5.) CJ Cns Brimmer from all account didnt order anything didnt get screwed and has NO REASON what so ever to have been brought into this, now i have seen people say stay on topic this was clearly an off topic posting.
6.) Jessica Cuffee I will be totally honest and say I have no idea what part she has played in all this but i have seen some pretty bad info on her and not from Evan or her but rather from the post by Sydney, reports are she did close to $1700 worth of business with Evan and DID in fact get most of what she paid for, I also have seen Evan ask her repeatedly to tell him the amount she is claiming he owes her and has not been given a number.

Now I am reading about Evan on the KOI forums, and then i see people say stay on topic and dont talk about Sydney and the 1 eye female or how she posted JJ, well if we go off topic on Evan and go to the KOI forums then we open the door to all her deeds as well so either we stay ON TOPIC or it ALL becomes fair game. When someone comes to the BOI to trash someones integrity they must know that their integrity will also come into question that is the nature of the game.

IF any of the info i posted is wrong let me know.

NOW the $25000 question of the day is WHY DOES THIS THREAD exist? All parties have been satisfied NO ONE has been screwed and the ONLY PERSON to be out anything here is Evan the guy made good everyone has things go wrong at one point or another but it comes down to how u fix those issues and by refunding the money he has done all that should be required. PLEASE put an end to this BS.

Even if reparations were made, the thread is relevant to future buyers. The undercount issue and the way and time frame a seller takes care of problems are all relevant to future possible transactions.

If I was buying feeders prior to a trip I would not want the assurance of a refund, I'd want the assurance of an on-time, on-count product.

Using photos of someone's fish and then selling them as your own, then sending people fish that aren't the ones pictured is wrong. That is all something that puts his business ethics into question.
I respect you chimera but I do not see the koi fish as off topic at all.

Now discussing a sales transaction between Sydney and I is completely irrelevant.


Also he has was very rude to everyone who wanted refunds, and when you screw up you better be ready for upset customers.

Everyone who had messed up feeder orders had to go out and spend more money to replace the feeders that he messed up on.

When did the thread become about fish? What are you even talking about? I have see no fish for sale and have heard nothing about him stealing fish. And have also see no photos of fish or anything related to fish on this thread.

Sydney - you really should
1) have your friend post her own communications.
2) stop posting foul language
3) consider (READ) the rules before you get yourself banned
 
I am thrilled that this website is going to ban me for putting a guy who has obviously (screen shots provided, it is not my fault if they do not want to put their statement on here, some people are not as forward as they should be in these kinds of matters), gives me a warning for foul language and then punishes me for posts that were made prior to the warning, and is getting on to ME because as a first time BOI I did not see a rule page. This is absurd.
 
Ban me, I am over this. I made this BOI because so many people on chameleon central had the same problem so I was going to open the gate for others to post their foul transactions with him. So he can screw some one out of 7k worth of fish (forum link posted above) screw my friend of a couple grand, and then fault all these others with feeder shortages and do the run around with Chamgirl88 yet I AM THE ONE being reprimanded. I understand the foul language, as you can see itw as not me but the screen shots that were asked for. Ban me, I am so over this.
 
You won't get banned unless you fail to correct your behavior...but you are held accountable for the content of your posts. Choosing not to familiarize yourself with the rules of this site in the two years you've been a member is nobody's fault but your own.

I simply do not care. He is posting un- truths that with I can prove with documentation. So it is considered slander aka defamation of character
