So after reading through the fb thread I feel that Lisha's suddwn willingness to send me the ghost back is because she feels it would resolve her debt. She has had that male breeder for fifteen months now. This sure doesn't seem like a fair resolution to me.

In may she agreed to sending me $800 for the ghost het albino and for all of my time in dealing with this. She never followed through with it.

Here are my terms Lisha, the original $800 you promised me plus another $200 for the male bloody salmon OR you can send me $400 and the male ghost het albino back. I expect all money to be sent as a gift and should you choose to send the ghost back I expect it to be sent to my address here in Canada expenses paid by you.

So where are these pics of the mis sexed snake that i believe she asked for along time ago that u seem to read over and i also think u said that dont know how to sex a snake a while back

mr. morris, it is still interesting to me that you harp on this when ms. stearns has yet to tell us when this became an issue. Seems rather recent and inspired by the mire created by you and your cronies on the fb page.

On a public BOI he has claimed that Lisha mis-sexed a snake and wronged him. Explain to me how on a page that generally requires proof for a claim to hold validity that he is not required to provide any?

Lisha has proposed her openess to a resolution, if it entails proof of sexing now, fine they can discuss it; however if photos have already been shared then it's a closed issue. It's time for the two parties to cut both their losses and wash their hands of this. After seeing the disruptive/antagonizing comments in this thread plus the insanity on FB, I would definitely take to a private channel to wrap the deal up.

As far the two sites crossing over into eachother I agree, I feel like both should remain seperate as it only confuses things. Honestly I think working things out in pieces is best, I just don't understand Kevin at this point. If he's serious about wanting his money back for the mis-sexed snake, and has nothing to hide, then why not post pics? Why stall the situation and refuse to post proof? I think he's trying, this deal was confusing from the start. The two parties seem to have at least come to partial terms, hopefully the rest is sorted out soon.
