I'm about to stop posting again because the actions as a whole including admins. I think I'll stick with facebook. I can't post good guy threads without people causing drama or can't have my own opinion without people saying I'm wrong and all sorts of things. Everyone's allowed to have an opinion and shouldn't be judged for it. But that's all I see here. People judging others over opinions and personal attacks.

Unlike facebook, this website is more accurate because nothing can be erased. I use facebook and it's full or drama and people taking sides. But there, admin can delete whatever comments they want. I've seen nothing wrong with how you've been treated (at least in this thread). You are allowed to have an opinion, however, you seem to fail to see the faults with the buyer. One, the video showed a healthy dragon being packaged. Two, the buyer's own words stated how happy he was. Then a few days later, there are all these issues. The seller offered a refund. I'm sorry, but you don't get money back before an item is returned anywhere. When you buy from a company, you have to return the item and then get your money back. And even then, the money takes a few extra days to show up in your bank account unlike a purchase which is immediate. The seller has been nothing but polite and offered a solution. I would be worried taking the animal back after that long, but she was still willing to do so.

Yea I read the links. And just because I have an "odd way of looking at a situation" that doesn't give people the right to personally attack me like above. Which I thought was against the rules? Isn't it in a post that you don't want people "scared away" from fauna because of that? Yet I only just started posting again after nothing was done about Bill zowak attacking me because I posted a good guy post about a good experience and saying I only said what I did because of a "pending deal" making me look bad when that was in fact not the case. Maybe you should take care of the people who attack others and try to ruin their public image just because opinions may differ or they don't blindly follow everyone else's train of thought.

Someone disagreeing with you is not necessarily "attacking". It appears to me that you are claiming that any and every disagreement with you MUST be classified as an "attack". If you feel that a post is a REAL BONAFIDE attack, then simply report it an the mods will take a look. They may or may not agree with you. But what I have seen so far, I wouldn't be surprised in the least if they disagreed with your assessments.

As for someone ruining someone else's public image, normally it is that person him or her self who is ALLOWED to do that job by their own hand. It is actually quite difficult and equally rare for another member to ruin anyone else's "image" on this site. In your particular case, well, I guess you will have to be the judge of whose efforts might be damaging to your own "public image".

Sorry, but you seem to be severely mistaken about how things are run here. You are free to post your opinions. Others are free to agree or disagree with your opinions, as they see fit. And yes you CAN be judged by your opinions, just as YOU are apparently judging others for the way your opinions are perceived AND your judging this site by how it is being run. So I take it you only want to frequent sites where your word should be absolutely unchallenged and everyone holds you in such high esteem that you should never be questioned?

BTW, there is only one admin on this site. The rest are moderators. You seem to have some trouble with word definitions.

Also it is well known PayPal will NOT cover live animals which is why the buyer will always lose no matter what is what I was saying. So please tell me more about myself lol

I have been the buyer and won the one case I opened over a live animal. There were specific circumstances in my favor and I worded things rather carefully, but at least some fraction of experiences does not fit the absolute nature of your incorrect claim.

I disagree with others on here often. Sometimes with playful sarcasm, but typically with a sense of tact and I try to maintain a stance based on evidence when it is available. To me, it does not matter if opinions do not align. To you, it seems like all opinions are welcome as long as the opinion of others is shared by you. I think you also have a tendency to exaggerate and that creates greater distance between the facts and the claims, so that has the potential to lower the utility/value of one's posts for the sake of making a clear or just evaluation.

You cling quite tenaciously to your own lens and its persecution-oriented tint.

You can state your positive experiences with those others have had less positive experiences with in such a way that is not dramatic and prone to drawing negative reactions, but whether or not you do so is your choice. Also, if you do happen to receive negative reaction, how you then react in turn is among your set of choices to make.

I don't know what your input to this thread has been, but Mr Trombley was not banned for disagreeing with somebody. I don't doubt that he put that spin on it; but he was banned for posts that violates the rules...and it doesn't really matter if he agrees with the rules - every member of this site, myself included, is subject to them. Now, had he been able to handle that in a mature manner, he would have been back & posting for himself. Instead, he fired off a profanity laced email to the owner of the site...not the best way to make friends and influence people, and not a smart way to to make any point.

Thank you everyone for your support. The return for refund window is actually closing rapidly. I am moving and can not take any dragons with me.
Paypal stated the reason for their decision was:
"During our review, we’ve found that you had sufficiently described the merchandise."
It was not due to it being a live animal. I did send a link to the video as well as all the emails as evidence.

He wasn't able to come here and defend himself. So I posted some photos and suck for him. If that's wrong then oh well. He didn't even ask me to I felt it was ignorant to post knowing he could NOT put his side of the story. I also showed where his post was so she could have her input. Yea that makes me a bad person for helping someone who couldn't come here and defend theirselves.

He is banned - you should not be posting anything "for him". If it is something you have first-hand knowledge of, that's fine. Likewise if it is publicly accessible information....but anything he sent/told you is a different story.

What a joke

I went to the facebook page of Herpetoculture Feedback and Inquiry to make sure my side was heard. Of course there were lots of lies in Michael Trombleys version, with emails missing and posted out of order to make him look better.
He didn't want to talk with me anymore after I posted his email showing he not only lied once in his recounting of the dragon eating, but twice. He first stated the dragon hasn't eaten since it arrived, then when I called him out on it he said it ate one hornworm. I then posted his email where he said it ate a bunch of dubia and two hornworms. Now he doesn't want to talk to me.
By their own rules the administrators are to stay 100% non biased. However, since I would not do as the administrator demanded (refund then he will ship the dragon) I was threatened with removal of the page. I posted that this would have to be continued on Fauna and exited on my terms, I unjoined.

And frankly, I'd avoid sites where admins threaten stuff like that. Very unprofessional.

I have seen some stubborn unreasonable people before, but Michael and Elexis are way up at the top.

That dragon appeared very healthy and gorgeous, the price that was paid for him was very reasonable and fair.

No business will refund without the item returned first. Also, the seller rarely if ever pays for return shipping.

I just read that thread. "Cheyenne" has to be the worst admin I've ever seen. Good for you for standing your ground. It makes me thankful for the job our admin and mods here do.

But isn't that the main point? Bottom-line to this transaction is that the buyer received the animal. For two days he stated it was wonderful even with the notation of the lip. For whatever reason (merit or not) he decided he didn't want it. No reason to dispute the reasons to solve the problem because the seller agreed to take the animal back. He agrees to return it.

There really is no other points. If you don't agree he should be paid before shipping then there is no logical reason to side with him at all. He is the one not permitting the return he asked for. That's it.

I don't necessarily agree with that - it depends WHY the animal is being returned. If a seller misidentifies the gender, or the animal is sick upon arrival, return shipping shouldn't be the buyer's problem.

Apparently, Cheyenne Elizabeth, the adimin who is, by her own rules, suppose to stay 100% unbiased, has appointed herself Judge, Jury and Executioner. I would think it is quite a comical read. It doesn't matter how many times you say dragon first, then refund, she still doesn't get it. And since she was already biased prior to my evidence she allowed Michael and his co-horts to bully, use derogatory words and name calling against me and any one who agreed with me. By their rules this is not allowed, facts only. But when another stated that research should be done before purchasing an animal Cheyenne reprimanded him. I think I will have to report them to Facebook for bullying and defamation.
I will try and put a string of the highlights together this evening and post them. There is one person with a lot to say but no substance to add, so I will try and weed those out. As a matter of fact this is where she states her opinion on the condition of the dragon in my video.

Also Who's to say you didn't swap boxes? You film a healthy dragon and recite the info then take said label and slap in on the box he actually got. We can pull a whole lot of assumptions since the dragon he filmed is not "nice plump and healthy" like the one you did. Not saying that's what you did but it can happen.

and Michael did confirmed in a later post, this is the dragon and the exact box. I did get copies of the post prior to unjoining. It is apparent by the lack of following their own rules, they will only keep any post that will put me in a bad light and I am sure they will delete the post that shows their bias and bullying.
