Considering the screenshots that Jen posted, I don't see that there's really much to gained by diplomacy. At this point, the salient concerns have been outlined ad nauseam. One need not be a "Facebook guy" to grasp the situation. He had his chances to actively participate in a reasonable, professional manner; he opted for mindless hostility. As much as I generally hate advocating getting police involved in much of anything, I think it's time for him to reap what he's sown. Even if it ultimately amounts to little more than pissing in his Cheerios, I'd get a kick out of knowing the he had a couple LEOs at his door. As Mindy so succinctly put it:
Felony charges? I'm sure you mean well, but you don't seem to be able to keep up with what's been said. How about you point out where I advocated a course of action that would lead to "felony charges".
Where have I urged her to record a call? Also, seeing as WI is a "one-party" state, the legalities are muddier. Now, I don't claim to be an attorney, but it sure does seem that, by knowingly choosing to leave the recordings on her voicemail - and not explicitly stating that he wishes the messages to remain private - he's given up any reasonable expectation of privacy and they become her property to do with as she pleases. I put that out there simply because I have no idea what you're talking about, but I'm guessing that you're fumbling your way through implying that she's broken the law by posting his voicemail?
