Who is Mike Cogar? Is he you younger brother, referenced below in red?

The blood Pythons were sent from a kid named Sam as everyone here knows, I picked them up at a hub in Lancaster pa. A few blocks from a family members house, what I was aware they were a deposit for anthony and my younger brother Mike as a trade for some caging that Sam wanted. Now Scot comes into this thread for the fact anthony was at a Hamburg pa reptile expo show with myself, and a few other people when he approached vendors to trade the bloods there he traded this guy scot f the bloods. Scot f is a reputable breeder at every pa show and was not aware these blood pythons were "stolen or not paid for yet". Scot simply took them as a trade from anthony c Pappas who he thought was a honest guy looking to trade some blood pythons that belonged to him.

Kate, your Paypal account received funds on 8-Sep-2014 for the original sulcata order placed by Ricky Green, correct?
Why did it take until 18-Oct-2014 for shipment (of inaccurately described tortoises) to occur if you received the funds on September eighth? Also, your email address was used by Tony to register for this site. There is a confirmation email with a link that goes out with this finalize the registering party's end of establishing that account. Did/does he have access to that account? Why and how? You have described him as "not a very stand up guy". He registered the one account in August of this year with that email address and operated through it until mid-November. Does this not strike you as odd? Emails, PM notification emails, and (maybe) phone calls for Anthony's dealings/transactions would have had to repeatedly been funneled to your email address (and perhaps phone number). Please explain that aspect.

Please answer the emboldened questions directly. That last request for explanation is to assist in understanding the extent of role as well as possible complicity.

Yes, I disputed with PayPal he had my account negative over 3k dollars at one point, I let him use my paypal acct. which was also hooked to my email. I was paid for dropping the tortoise off, and he also gave me 150 dollars cash to use my paypal to have the money deposited which then I transf. Into my bank and gave him the diffrence. Which in long run I had to pay back as well. By all means I don't mind helping with what I can but what does any of this have to do with someone being scammed?

It has to do with facilitation. Repeated facilitation. You appear to have been a nexus for Anthony's less-than-honest deals, as money, shipments, and communications flowed through you as a key point of contact. In the case of Ricky Green's deal, there was what is called a bait-and-switch and, to make matters worse, one of the animals even arrived significantly ill. That is what it has to do with someone being scammed.

On the first page of this thread it was 732 720 **** which I'm sure was 732 720 3085.

Is the 732-720-3085 number your number?

My son and I have iPhones, and I have NEVER gotten a text or email that was meant for him.
It isn't possible for one email account to be associated with more than one iPhone, I had to redo mine when my old iPhone was disabled.

Actually, that's one of the few things that she's said that's believable, at least in the sense that it's a documented occurrence. The iMessage thing was a known issue. It can be triggered by simply putting your own SIM card into another iPhone.

Well, I guess I should amend my last comment by pointing out that I'm fairly sure the bold part if BS, but the rest is plausible. Been a while since I've been into the iJunk, so I could possibly be wrong about that, though.

Actually I've seen this happen within the last couple of months...my girlfriend and her mother have iPhones on the same account and they sometimes get each others messages and calls, so yes it really does still happen. It's annoying sometimes and about two weeks ago they upgraded to 6's and are hoping that with the upgrade it will fix things.

I got rid of my iPhone and I was getting messages from other phone numbers to my disconnected iPhone through iMessage from people that I didn't know and I could respond to the owner of the cell phone and the people sending me the messages. So it's entirely possible.

I don't know what all they can mix up from one to another or how it happens exactly, (I'm an android person so I've never bothered to check into it) I just know it happens. I also don't know what all they can mix up from one to another on the same contract, it's mixed up their redbox accounts and wouldn't let my gf log out of redbox and log back in with her own on it, she'd put in her own name and password and when it logged in it switched to her moms redbox...which really screwed things up because that meant she couldn't reserve movies to pick up (if she did it would have required her to swipe her moms debit card to get the reserved movie).

I don't plan on involving myself in the fray; but who is Jonathan Pierce, and what is his involvement in this?
I'm sorry if my expressed skepticism offended you earlier; but, as I explained via PM, there have been BS, lies, and conflicting stories coming from these associated accounts. I, for one, find it odd that neither Tony, Mike, or Jonathan have valid IDs. I realize that things happen, and I'm not judging...but, you have to admit that, especially to an outsider, it seems like a one heck of a coincidence.

By the way - I haven't received that other information you were going to send me. (Obviously, that isn't required...but you were the one that raised that brought it up)

I'm still interested in who Jonathan is, and how he fits into this. He felt a need to create an account to observe this thread, made some interesting comments (here, and in private), then disappeared when pressed for proof of identity.

I guess I might as well scratch the one question thing, because more keep popping up. Earlier, you said that the Mike you referred to is Mike Cogar...the Mike Cogar account here said his real name is Sherman, Mike is just a nickname. Are we talking about the same person?
