    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I would just like to take a moment to apologize for all my crazy conspiracy theories and wild actuation concerning wyatt...turns out you guys were right all along. .wyatt was really a great guy always doing what's best for the industry. Always following a strict ethical code of conduct. .never lying to or misleading the industry..making sure all donations were being spent appropriately. .never wasting a single cent on frivolous nonsense like taking women out to dinner or staying in 5 star hotels. ..so once again I hope you all can forgive me for accusing wyatt of being anything less than a great stand up trustworthy leader. ............................oh and for the record you people have no one to blame but yourselves for what has happened to the industry. .you all did this with your stupidity and your willingness to follow like sheep, to afraid to think.
 
Rodney, please explain to me what has recently happened in Illinois and Massachusetts in regards to reptile laws. Also, explain to me what hand you had in it. Finally, please explain, in detail, your grand plan for fighting legislation. This needs to be extremely detailed.

As for the why....I was the only person that was willing to come on here and publicly talk about these serious issues and when I did I as attacked everyone. ..I was called crazy a trouble maker. A liar. Was accused of trying to destroy the industry and the list goes on. ...Well it turned out I was right about wyatt the whole time. ..and was right about how incompetent usark was as a whole. .. the sad part now is usark has a president that seems trustworthy and is willing to communicate with the industry. But the industry has lost faith in usark. .usark is broke and people aren't willing to donate for fear of their money getting wasted....with pijac going completely to the dark side we can't hope for much help from them..the states proposing and passing anti pet legislation at levels never seen before and the damage wyatt did behind the scenes is massive causing a breakdown of communication..people don't really understand just how bad things really are. Nobody on here even knows about executive order 13112 or the NCIS which was set up to fast track listing of animals to the lacy act as injurious. ...the future of the industry isn't looking good and it's all riding on usarks lawsuit. ...if they lose that lawsuit it will most likely end usark and we will be right back to square one with no organization to fight for us...the only way I can see usark winning that lawsuit is if Fws doesn't have or want to spend the money to fight it....there's no loophole in the lacey act so that argument is useless. ...not sure how things will play out at this point. .but its sure going to be entertaining to watch
 
Oh, and please learn to use sentence structure and paragraphs as well. Your already hard to follow dribble becomes basically impossible to read with your 2nd grade grammar impacting it.
 
What happened I IL 8 wyatt and potter didn't fight it and stop it this time...It's the same bill wyatt told everyone to fight against after Scott Ballard the person who helped right it told wyatt to stay out of it... so after that wyatt lied and told the industry to fight the bill. ..potter and the gang showed up at the hearing and said they didn't support it and would fight it...that was after potter and the gang to Ballard the the lady senator that sponsored the bill that they would back her and would show up to the hearing in support of it....if it wasn't for wyatt and potter that bill would have passed 2 years ago. ....I posted all kinds of stuff about it online back then.. feel free to look it up..... and still focused on the sentence structure.. that's productive

That 14ft 11in IL was would have been overturned in 2012 if it wasn't for wyatt and potter...and the FWS wouldn't have moved to do another executive order on the last big 5 snakes if wyatt wouldn't have set up that second hr511 hearing. . We are still paying the price for wyatts scams

As for real research I'm the only one that's ever done any real research. . That's how I knew wyatt was lying and stealing all your money. ..And when I tried to warn all of you you all got mad at me and called me names..now how's that for some second grader behavior
 
Again, you haven't answered any of my questions. They've reduced restrictions in both Illinois and Mass. That's pretty unheard of. Again, I ask you, what is your grand plan? I know you like talking in circles, but let's try a linear form of discussion. Answer the question.

They didn't do much of anything I IL. As for mass I would have to read up on it. The issues in IL were being pushed internally. .usark simply supported it.. as for a grand plan I think what Germany has would be great. One large organization that all other smaller organizations are a part of..and most importantly they are all one the same page when it comes to supporting each others rights. ..the don't have sectors of the industry trying to sell out other sectors to try and protect what they do... like we had from the boa industry in both hr511 hearing. . Like we had in Ohio when John mack supported regulating anything bigger then a boa...like we had from wyatt and usark with their best management practices that were designed to only set up laws and regulations for venomous. Big snakes and crocs...or how we had narbc pay pijac 30000 to hire a lobbyists to go into ohio and push for the regulations that mack then supported. .....the industry needs to stop destroying itself..that's my grand plan
 
No, we all know what your plan is as far as forming a group. I want to know how you think they should act on legislature after it's formed. How would you have done it differently if you were USARK? What would you do from here on out?
 
James, I'm glad you're commenting, because I can't make any sense at all out of Rodney's posts. It also seems like these new posts are the same as his old posts. Incoherent, rambling, accusatory...devoid of fact, evidence, information..


Rodney, I really don't understand your concern with USARK at all. You haven't made a clear point to your opposition. Any comments you've made have been refuted over and over by users. Why are you continuing your banter?
