Could be. Heck, a person doesn't even have to be logged in to be able to read this thread. In any event, I'm not sure what the desired effect was supposed to be by creating this thread, but I strongly suspect that the hoped for target was not reached. Maybe just getting that off of his chest WAS the target. In the meantime, it's just entertainment for the rest of us, so treat it as such. It happens now and again around here.

1. Someone who is a direct competitior to LLL, even more is losing a decent amount of business to LLL. In a global sense, somone with semi-close geolocation to LLL, since they take it personally against them. Someone who has tried to mimic LLL unsuccessfully.
2. Someone who has an unfavorable reputation here on Fauna, specifically on the BOI.
3. Someone who would try to discredit Fauna, not because it a "dinosaur", but rather to distract viewers from finding their own poor BOI reviews.
4. Someone who is upset at the site and no longer advertises here.
5. Someone who does advertise on (not part of) TRR and has a financial reason to attempt to send viewers to their advertising dollars.
6. Someone who tries to mock advertisers on Fauna, feeling their personal advertisements on TRR are superior.
6. Someone who is a "business owner", and thinks less of or looks down on people who are "mere" employees with bosses.

Now there are a few that have made similar posts that the site is bias and have downright lied about this site. If we were to take a look at them just on that small point we could probably find a few names. Particularly those that like to create alias and repost over and over again.

One example could be

The same computer was used to make another user name to start a bogus BOI thread for a transaction that never existed in retaliation for another BOI post.

Backwater has threaten the owner of this site with legal action over posts he wanted deleted.

Backwater has made a lot of bogus claims about this site. Suggesting we delete threads if it targets someone we like.

In my opinion, he is a liar, has behaved unethical on this site and has threaten this site.

So, I just kept my opinion to myself. Oh well.

Sam apparently has forgotten that it appears someone sitting at his computer is the one that made up a user name to start a bogus thread on this site about another business some time ago.

At least we all know that he is capable of understanding that those types of actions are unethical.

But those searches are really just to broad.

You have to ask yourself who did all those things and also posted something specific about LLL and this site. Only one person ever did that before.

Matter of fact, only one person did all three of the above examples.

While we are on facts, here is a cool little bit of information. Figuring (personal opinion of course), the user 'SpidersOhMy" isn't using their real name I took a look around the internet. Interesting note of fact I found was there was only one other place that user name was used on another forum.

At ATS

American Tarantula Society website.

User = spidersohmy
Member's website = http://www.backwaterreptiles.com

Interesting that one other place on the net where someone was using that name as a user name also belongs to the same person that fit all the above examples above.

Here's the cached page. If you click on "spidersohmy" profile's website it will take you right to backwater.
