Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Bad Guy Drew Cestaric - chargeback king

So the reason my funds are being held is because I didn't ship to his physical home address but his place of work. I spoke with the paypal claims instructor and she said moving forward to only ship to the addresses given on paypal. But I have proof he requested for me to ship to the work address so that helps.
 
I was a Shift Manager at the Dayton PSP for a number of years and still keep in close contact with the management team. I'm not 100% positive the Powell location is under the same Regional Manager, but most of the Columbus area stores are. Even if it's a different RM, I can ask who covers that store, so if you need names for higher ups, let me know and I can get them for you. As long as it's not an independently owned store and the regulations haven't changed since I left, Corporate is pretty strict about only getting herps from Reptile Industries so that's one more point against him.

Doesn't really matter to me now though. Don't have a credit card. paypal has never helped me with an issue so I really don't even bother now. But if I had one like this then yea I'd be doing everything I could to have it stopped. It's a shame that we have people like this in the reptile community.

Because he actually was concerned about the situation and is file a report with his human resources department. If he doesn't contact me again though I will be moving up the ladder until I speak to someone who will handle it.

Also the store manager will not allow anymore packages to be shipped there by Drew.

Still no money or animal as back on my end. All I was able to do was to get him to surrender the animals to someone who can care for them but I still have no animals in my possession. Drew is an awful person who is still scamming numerous people and needs to be stopped.

Numerous people have contacted the ASPCA for the abuse he committed on the female ambanja panther chameleon. Sadly most people don't care about lizards as much as we do so nothing has been done as of yet.

I have not spoken to one third world country person lol. Paypal has connected me to domestic helpers every time.
 
Why in the world would people be contacting the ASPCA over this? The ASPCA is one of many animal rights organizations trying to end exotic animal ownership.
 
ASPCA is lame at best, enemy at worst.

Complaints of animal cruelty need to go to the local 'Animal Control' (or whatever your area's 'dog catcher' is called). Animal Control agents in many areas are deputized and can bring this to official action.
 
So he admits (unknowingly) that he did authorize the payment in the 1st place... lol

So, after claiming that he didn't authorize the payment on his account...(LIE OF COURSE) He (stupidly) admits that he did send the payment and knew full well what it was for, so basically he admits he is scaming and essentially committing fraud. Lol (got to love stupid people)
He emailed us and said that he filed a chargeback because he paid $206 (his card company charged a fee, not me) and he said he only wanted to pay $180. Even though he offered to place the full $200 hold deposit down...
I explain his mistake there and then he Acts childish and blocks any further communication. Lol
Very very mature *smh*

Also, if folks ACTUALLY want the guy to be charged with animal cruelty, you need to talk to his local AC. ASPCA is 501c, not law enforcement.
