This is just my personal experience. I don't want an argument, just telling my story.
Let me start off by saying I keep (and am trying to breed) retics and cobras (mostly N. kaouthia). I desperately needed cages to accommodate my growing collection. In the past, I had ordered several Vision cages, which were great, but WAY TOO EXPENSIVE!! I have a really great paying job, but I have student loans and other bills so I have a pretty strict budget. I did A LOT of research online; Looking on BOI, googling different companies, asking personal friends, etc. I had seen Boamaster cages before from the few times I went to Hamburg, so when I checked out the website, I was blown away by the prices! $160 for a 4x2x2 cage? You can't beat that! I was still pretty nervous because at that price I thought, where's the catch? Ultimately, I ordered 2 of the cages and 2 heat panels. I was weary of using heat panels, mostly because I had always used lights or heat tape, but after contacting Mark, heat assured me it would be fine. I received the order a little under a week later, and I have to say, I was ECSTATIC with the purchase! I'm not very handy, and even I was able to put both cages completely together in about 30 minutes. The heat panels worked absolutely great; in fact, I still kick myself for not having tried them sooner! That was order #1. Next I needed cages for my cobras. Again, small budget, so I went with the "micro" cage for $85! I bought three with heat panels. Again, Mark was awesome to work with, super polite and professional, and I received the order in less than a week! Those cages were much more spacious than I thought! They look amazing too and hold heat and humidity great! I haven't had a snake with a shed problem once they are in a Boamaster! Since then I've placed 2 or 3 more orders from Mark, and every time it's a great experience! I even had the pleasure of meeting Mark at the most recent Hamburg show on Feb 28, 2015, and he was a great guy to talk to, thanked me graciously for the business and reviews I had made. I ended up buying 2 more cages and 2 more heat panels LOL! Anyways, I have nothing but great things to say about Mark and Boamaster and will only order cages from him! I'm actually hoping to place an order soon with income tax coming!
I'm sorry about your personal experience, but I know Mark will make this right. Just give him a chance and remain calm. You get more bees with honey!
