This is Bubba. He's a WC lines E.m. macualrius, which is what I was told he was. He is thinner then he was on his site photo. Not horrendous, just not up to par. He has not been interested in food at all yet, but Im hoping that its from being shipped and the stress. He has loose foods of skin that kinda hang. I think I described him to Chaz, when I got him, as looking deflated. Here are his before and after pics.
This is Bubba.
This is the leo that I was sent.
Heres is one I was sent of Bubba.
This is the female Ray Hine hypo cross. She is the offspring of Bubba. This bit of info was included with the tub they were sent in on a sticky note. If i had known that info, I would have not gotten her, as Im not wanting to line breed her to her father. BUT it may be that I can not use any of them as breeders as I have, really, no background info on them. No hatch dates. No nothing. I don't even know how old they are. Chaz said the info was lost on his computer. I think I was lucky to get "updated" photos.
Here is the Hypo.
Here is the leo I was sent. She is the most healthiest of the 4. More body fat then the others. But you can tell she should be a little bit bigger. Even in the before pic off the site, she's bigger.
Heres a photo I was sent as an "update".
So as you can see, these two are not bad off. They are NOT the same as pictured. They are very very dull in color, as all of them are. That took me by surprise. Oswald being so so skinny was another surprise. I knew he was slim, but not like that. The pin worms that Im treating in Sarafina....disgusting. NONE of my leos have had this issue. NONE. How much stress does a leo have to be under to have that happen? Not something that "just happens" really. Im not even seeking any type of reimbursement at this moment in time. If the fecal test comes back negative, then I will go from there. The vet is in the wings for the other fecal tests, as soon as I get more poop that is usable.
I have all my PMs,and can screen shot them all if needed. But I think the photos speak for themselves. I have nothing to gain by posting falsehoods. I have everything to loose if these animals are infectious. They are being treated as such now. Its not fair that these animals have to be the ones to suffer. My main goal is to inform, and hope that eventually, I can get my leos well to almost 100%.
Heres is, also, the photo of the pinworms from Sarafina. They are pins. Huge adult females. Gross.
