    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

He apperently paid 130 but is asking 650? I don't know, but having pre-shed pics, breeding pics, and him being proved out by the OP within a week. That snake works quick, I'd say it's a heck of a deal! :rolleyes:

If only all breeder males got busy like that.

Thanks Ariella:thumbsup: Here are some of our PMs. Sorry for my poor grammar, I poorly attempt to multi-task:) Once I PMed him the link to this thread, all communication stopped. Wonder why?

The list of federal firearms licensees (FFL's) is public information available on the ATF's webs site at http://www.atf.gov/content/firearms/firearms-industry/listing-FFLs.

There are two listed in New Bedford, MA but neither of them lists that address as either their premises or mailing address. Shipping or transferring firearms across state lines between non-licensees is a federal felony except in very limited cases; trading a gun for a snake would not be one of the exceptions.

Assuming "LTC" = License to Carry, it became invalid as soon as you moved to MA. Also, a LTC is not an FFL. An FFL is issued by the federal government to firearm dealers, importers, pawnbrokers, and manufacturers; it is a business license, not a carry permit.

I'm curious if you are planning on on ignoring the rest of the posts? You have acknowledged the gun law issue but not the concerns people are having about the conflicting information about the ball python you are selling.

What matters to this site is the reptile for sale, not the status of your gun permits/licence.

Do you have anything to add about the ball python you are selling?

I was very misinformed, I decided to keep him and I do have proof of ownership, I wasn't too familiar with pricing and based it off of an add from 2010, now I don't plan on posting a classifieds add anytime in the near future, and will be sure to do all my homework even before considering posting. I've tried several times to take down the add but as I'm sure alot of you know I'm new to this site and haven't completely figured it all out.

Ok, I would really like to put this whole situation behind me and I really don't want this to affect any future dealings/relationships on this forum. So here it goes. I purchased this male off of a woman in New York/ Conneticut she claimed she had him since a hatching,he sired several clutches, and is a cinny lesser bee, and when asked if he was proven sent me the pic of the lock that I posted. Now when i did find out that picture I posted was taken off of a different breeders website I confront her about it and I have the emails proving it. But now I'm not sure whether he is or isn't proven. I did post an add on I think it was. Ball pythons . net (I'm not sure if that's the right site so don't quote me) extremely happy with him, and had serval individuals offering me payments/trades which lead to me posting him in classifieds. If you guys want more proof I can post the emails, it's not that big a deal on my part. And I do apologize for this "scandel" but I promise you I am a real person lol and I'm not a scammer and again I hope we can all put this behind us.
Thanks

Matt and I have been PMing over this situation, as far as I go personally, I believe the matter to be closed since Matt spelled out the "truth" now. I believe/hope this to be little lesson learned to simply tell the truth from the beginning and everyone is better off. I think Matt himself got some bunk information and simply passed it along plus a fib here and there in an attempt to sell the lesser bee. I'm dropping the issue and wish him the best moving forward in his herping.

Were you so impressed by this that you are seeking to marry her (or him based on spelling)?
