    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Nick Mole(First Choice Reptiles) good guy

I ordered a pair of eastern collared lizards from nick mole at fcr and they sent me desert collared lizards instead...I emailed them of the problem and showed them a pic and they admitted that the lizards where desert collards..and also that it was there mistake .after that I wanted to send the animals back and get an exchange for the ones I had originally ordered...all contact stopped after that on their end and it never got resolved after all that I googled nick mole and found that there are a lot of people that had posted negative comments on his business practices I'm glad u had a good experience but that seems to be the exception...defending him is futile and whoever does should go and do some research because many people have been ripped off by him and should realize that
 
I bought a bunch of stuff from Nick from the Tanzania import last fall. I was actually very happy with the transaction. One DOA that I was told was credited to my account, and I just said I'd use that credit on a future purchase.

Unfortunately, that is where my good luck stopped. Since then I have been unable to contact Nick or Andy, the sales manager. Not sure what is going on. They were super responsive and the animals I received were excellent, but seems they all went AWOL now.

I'm glad that yours did well. I ordered five snakes from his Tanzanian shipment, resold through his associate, Myke Clarkson, and they came in mis-sexed, skinny, dehydrated and loaded with mites. Three out of five died very quickly despite being sold to me as well started cb. I got excuses, dismissals, and not a single penny of refund or replacement, just an offer to purchase more of the same "at cost". I will not buy anything that has been in the care of either person ever again.
 
I personally have no dealings with Nick Mole or First Choice Reptiles for the above reasons, but I noticed that all 7 of their Consumer Complaints at the BBB have been closed in the last 12 months. Some of you may try that avenue when trying to obtain a refund.
