Hi craig I bought a young female from jim and it came with a defective tounge
(I was a Newby and I didn't notice til later,I told jim about it and he sent me an email about vitamin A dificiency
I make a fuss. later he advertised a nice looking wc faly. when I opened the box at ups I seen the walking dead of chameleons. now I know what to expect from wc but this guy was Not The same state of health as he looked in the advertisement. we had an agreement over the phone of him replacing him. he insulted my intelligence by saying he must of got stressed with shipping.he ended getting upset with me because I kept telling him how can he sell such a sick animal. so he told me not to contact him for 2 months while these babies he had can grow so he can replace it. he sent me an animal that I had to pay shipping that grew into a faly-banja.I've known personally at latest 3 people that bought from him that came out cross. the reason I'm bringing this up has nothing to do with Nichols because him and I don't talk,I'm bringing this up because jim paints himself to be this honest guy writing bois on other people when he's not an honest person.he's going to reply that I chose to keep the animal, that I wanted to breed him when he distorts the facts.he will answer every call when he's making a buy but when it goes south he won't answer your call no more. I'm a member of CGW and thank you for your time.
Well David Echevaria. You should have started a new thread. I told you such several times in the last few years. But since you came here, let me show all how it went down. I have all communications and proof.
You purchased a female in like 2011. 10 days after getting her, you say she is doing great. One week later, you say she has a tongue issue. 17 days after you took possession. My fault ? OK David. It is always someone else's fault with you.
Then you were so distraught ... you bought from me again.
A wild-caught, imported Nosy Faly male. Check around folks, but imports typically have only a live arrival guarantee. Mine was one-day. But David wanted a breeder male, so he took a chance on a WC. He called me the day it arrived, and said it looked weak. So I extended the satisfaction/health guarantee for three days. To give David more time to decide if he wanted to return it.
David chose to keep it, and try to breed it. 8 days after receipt, David had tried to breed it, without success, and then said he wanted his money back. I pointed out that he had let the extended time guarantee expire. Imports are risky, but I had acted more than fairly to mitigate the risk.
The animal perished about 7 weeks later. I told David that while I owed him nothing, that I would make him a deal from the next batch of imported Nosy Faly males. Unfortunately, Madagascar put a moratorium on collection from that Locale before my next shipment, only just lifted this year, 3-4 years later. What I then told David was that I would gift him a 50% Faly male, worth about $200. Heck, Robert Nichols sold his crosses for $300 or more !! I gave it to David for free. I sent it to him. He continued to try to get me to sell him one of my own breeder males, which I told him that I could not spare. I truly had no spares. I apparently sucked so bad that David was still trying to give me his money. 3 months later. He begged me to sell him another.
David Echevaria. All this has been shown to you before. I have the communications. You are a liar.
Agree or disagree, this represents what I do for my customers. Every guarantee is stated in writing. We honor our TOS fully, and often go way beyond, as we did with David. That is why there are no BOI threads about our product and service. 10,000 chameleons sold.
