    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

okay anyone who wants to see this proof and just settle it once an for all just pm what documents I should request and I will do so. I have the page pulled up, I just dont know what to request as there are multiple options.
 
That is not what you said, you said that Rob contacted FWC, they came over and did an inspection and cleared you. If I remember correctly you "passed with flying colors.."
If that is true they would have recorded that and those documents will be available to the public. Also my name is Denis, it is visible on my user info.

I said that I saw you stopped by a cop. You said that he did nothing, that you passed the stop with no citation, and that he told you that all things were in order. Prove it.

rob didn't have anything to do with calling F&W I wasn't part of the central threads I just know jim lets crossed chams loose cause even the king of crosses cant sell that many, it isn't new he's been doin it for years figuring the frost would kill them.
 
well both of you should reread a lot of this thread because clearly the facts have been altered. and please stop giving analogies, just explain the actual events that occurred. I think that both of these threads have turned into completely nonsensical debates over who's right and who's wrong. The facts are out there and people can decide for themselves. I'm surprised that the moderators have let this go on for this long. In any case, have a good day and just be nice to people. Everyone will do their own research on the breeders they buy from anyways

He is a Paid Sponsor im sure they give him ALOT of leadway, I know he said they were giving him advice so sorta tells you whats up there

A post from CGW, May 16th, from the thread discussing me, and the escapes. Robert mentions the "Florida panther", which was the title of my thread in another forum where I began it all, that being ot inform the chameleon public about what happened, and what we learned. This BOI thread began on May 18. Rob was still discussing it in CGW then as well.

Robert. Busted. Again.

The way people handle themselves while discussing their differences (whether for a short time or a longer time) has a lot of value to people considering future transactions with any of them.
It is rare that moderators will cut short a discussion if the parties are following site rules and the discussion has some relevance to the original topic.
 
I agree and completely understand that. There were points in which the discussion was not relevant and I think that 28 pages plus another thread is more than enough to understand how they conduct themselves. The discussion hasnt gone anywhere really and all that has happened is people have claimed many different things but few have been supported( I am not talking about facebook messages, I mean things such as legal documents and more discussion and photos of the false morphs/lines of chameleons sold). The moderators can either cut it short or guide the thread, and ultimately its their choice what happens and what is said. I didnt say they should have stopped it, I am surprised that they didnt, given some comments they made earlier. eg. profanity
 
Just to make it clear, I think the mods do a great job overall.

And to go back to the prior page, Rob can be rude or unreasonable or crazy (not saying i think he is or is not) but that doesnt change how experienced or knowledgeable he is. Nor does is take away from the possibility of you labeling your animals as something they are not. As I said from the start, i know practically nothing about chameleons, but this is more so about how breeders handle themselves and about informing the public about the animals being sold.

You sir, in my opinion, are full of the southern droppings from a north bound male Bos taurus indicus. Jim was being advised about how to post his audio files as attachments to replies. Nothing more, nothing less. Quite frankly, I just don't care about either side of this spat.

And being a paid sponsor here merely means that he is an advertiser with a link in a forum. Him and LOTS of other folks do that. That doesn't give him nor anyone else any more privileges concerning management of this site than someone who is not an advertiser. Ask him how many times he has been banned here. The last time was VERY recently. Right around the time that YOU were banned too. Heck, Jim and I have bumped heads SEVERELY in the past, so we are not friends by any stretch of the imagination. Use the search function to find those incidents in the past if you are interested in self educating yourself with some facts, for a change.

So please stop making up stuff that are not at all factual and just apparently ignorant figments of your own paranoid mind.

Sorry, but no, that's not the way things are done here. Everyone should be allowed their opinion and input. As long as it all remains within the rules, anyway, and that someone hasn't worn out their welcome. You would be surprised at the number of threads that seemingly dragged on forever, and then finally some little nugget of info was thrown into the ring that made all the difference in a lot of people's mind about the TRUTH of an issue. Suppose we had curtailed that thread before that nugget could have been tossed? Would that have been fair? Would the thread itself then not have been completely useless because of that lack?

My opinion is that given enough rope, the REAL bad guy will eventually hang themselves in public, or be hanged (rhetorically speaking) by someone providing a "smoking gun" as pertinent evidence. Given enough time and input from as many people as possible will eventually let the TRUTH shine through the obfuscating emotional crap. Being heavy handed and overly restrictive about how a discussion progresses is not going to be in anyone's best interests. So we just try to stay out of the way and merely enforce what we hope are common sense rules about HOW something is said, rather than WHAT is said.

If a choice has to be made, and obviously it has, concerning whether there should be too much information allowed, or not enough, I would have to continue to side with the former rather than the later.

As i said before, I was surprised because warnings were made about profanity and not abusing it. It is very clear that profanity was used many many times when not at all necessary, which only drove the discussion further from the "nugget" and towards aggression and insults. As this does help show how people handle themselves, I do not think excessive profanity is okay under your rules. I will check soon, but profanity makes everything unprofessional and immature when trying to have a discussion of value.

Ask the other forum sponsors if that ever helped them. It never has and it never helped Jim. He was banned from here for a few years. He was banned for a couple of days just like you during this thread. If he posted profanities and/or violated the site rules, I have no hesitation to boot him for the required amount of time no-matter what forum he is sponsoring.

Every year there seems to be banner ad sponsors that drop advertising as soon as someone starts a bad guy thread about them or someone threatening they will do so if a BOI thread isn't removed about them.

It doesn't happen here, Period! To state that it does is a flat out lie!
