• In the past two days I have gotten emails asking about being requested to provide credit card info in order to register and also to make a post in the classifieds forums. PLEASE NOTE: In no instance will this site ask you for this sort of information. The only time any request for payment is made is if you choose to opt-in for a higher membership level, and that is done SOLELY through PayPal. Anything else is coming from a source other than this site. My guess is that this is coming through Google Adsense, but when I can get someone to send me a screen shot of this sort of request, I will know more.

    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

I like how both your male na wood and male blandings is missing.if you seen on his add for albino res said he sold which is bs. If I'm wrong please who you sell to and can buyer post who he is.
 
Every thing is sold only group left is the blandings turtles and they were sold to me many years ago as cb so I am listing as cb. I love the negative people on here been looking around and see it happens a lot on here everyone is very fast to judge and jump. Its very easy to hide behind a computer and be so hateful. Cyberlynching is shameful too

I know Max Reynolds. He is a decent guy who is slowly dying of COPD. He's had this colony of turtles for a very long time. Yes, these turtles were likely originally taken from the wild, but not by Max. None of us likes or condone the poaching of wild animals, and no one should knowingly buy any animals that are obviously being trafficked. But the fact of the matter is there are long-term captive animals that are out there, and it's against the law in most states to just "let them go" into the wild. So, that creates a problem for people like Max who has diligently loved and cared for these animals for so many years. Max has been trying to place these animals with people who are qualified in husbandry; hence his requirement that any purchaser provide habitat pictures and a resume of experience, toward ensuring that his beloved animals are well cared for after his death.

What is far more despicable and shameful than what Max is trying to do is the angry, self-righteous cyber-lynching that goes on social media an sites like this. Jesus said, "let him among you who is without sin cast the first stone." We are all too quick to judge and bludgeon others with out words.
 
The seller has offered his explanation regarding the status of these animals - it is now up to prospective buyers to decide for themselves, or ask direct questions of the seller. Please limit posts to inquiries related to a possible transaction....if anybody feels further compelled to express their opinions, create a BOI thread which can be linked here.
