I'd like to put in a statement on Chris Valeris, who apparently owns Empire State Reptiles . This kid started messaging me on Kik. At first, I would make small convo with him and then ignore him for days to weeks . He then asked for my old Instagram account, claiming that he wanted the follower count . I agreed to letting him have it after I cleaned it out and changed the info. At the time, it was finals month and I never ended up doing it. He soon began to comment on my pictures on Instagram and ask why I wasn't talking to him . I got pissed and told him to stop bothering me . About 3 weeks later , I was woken up to a call from New York. I answered it , for some odd reason. I was surprised to hear the voice of a possible 14 year old . He asked me if I was interested in coming to a expo in New York and that they would pay my full way. I then became suspicious and told him I would call him back later . I asked for his name and he said it was Jeff. I hung up and searched the number on Facebook and oddly enough, it registered under Chris Valeris . I then texted the number and asked for his name again, which he stated was Jeff. I sent him a screen shot of the Facebook profile coming up as Chris's and he said he was Chris's friend . I will happily provide screen shots of this incident.

Thank you Katie, but it's been established that Empire State is no longer a problem. I've got emails of all his friends cussing me out, but they just aren't relevant anymore. I would like to talk to you privately about your relationship to Brendan from Herpmorphs however, since his ig account is now under your name. I have some issues with him scamming me and would just like to be assured that you are not in cahoots with him.

BUT ANYWAY ABOUT CHAZ...

I received a message from one of his old employees and I am sickened by what I read. I am keeping her anonymous until she posts herself, which she intends to do. I have also urged her to go to the police with this information and has plans to also go to the FDA with incriminating evidence about ARMION.
Here is the first two messages I got from her this morning. I'm sharing because he already denied this publicly, but it would appear more evidence has arisen.
(unlike his pedophelia, which he only denied to my friend in private as he was harassing her for posting about him)


She has expressed to me that he is going to try and sue her, but she is more concerned with the safety of his animals.

ARMION is created by Chaz, and therefore a bad review against his business also reflects on armion- SINCE HE'S THE ONE MAKING IT.

If there were say, a terrily contagious disease in his collection, and it managed to make its way into the ingredients for the mineral powder, then it would be a problem, now wouldn't it?

And if his feeders are being contaminated by feeding on diseased animals, and he is then feeding those to his breeding stock, then that would be a problem.

Worst of all, if he is, say, I dunno, changing the ingredients of the armion without getting re-approved by the FDA, then wouldn't he be falsely representing this product as FDA approved? And since he is making, selling, and advertising this product, wouldn't that speak for his business and contribute to this bad review? What if the parasites came from the armion?

All his attacking people is also not helping his case here. Not to mention he has yet to come forward to publicly deny that he is seducing young girls.

These are a few text he sent to me. I'm honestly ashamed that I even fed into his b.s. for even a second.. the complements were nice and I think I let that distract me from how inappropriate it was. I know for a fact that I was not the only one who he was sending messages like these to. He even admits to having 6 women on the hook at the same time in one of the screen shots. He evwn told me at ome point he wasnt talking to or seeing anyone, but later contradicted that. If he sent something like this to my underage daughter I wouldn't hesitate to have him arrested and get a restraining order!

I forgot to mention before that chaz has changed his name on Facebook from chaz stewart to anthony avangel. I'm pretty sure that's to try to avoid the bad guy status he has been given and to deceive people.

Anthony is the name of another big breeder who's been attempting to solicit underaged girls, so changing his name to Anthony won't help much... (By the way I cannot post the source to that accusation which is why I can't include a last name)

This is DSHEA-oriented. There should be no approval by FDA in connection with a dietary supplement that is not regulated in the manner of a drug, OTC or otherwise. One can gain FDA approval for use of a dietary supplement for a specific drug use case (like TUMS or Lovaza) with the proper process, however, that would basically be a universe apart from a tin filled with crap by a person mixing ingredients he likely bought off of such illustrious sourcing avenues as eBay or Alibaba together...in a veritable bathtub. I can see it now. Sweat pouring into the mix. Poor content uniformity of what is basically powdered Centrum, but less well made than Centrum. "ME AM SCIENCE MAN! MOMMA SO PROUD!"

Nice that literally made me laugh out loud!! The whole reason he contacted me in the first place was because I bought some of his crud powder and it had huge rock hard chunks in it making it unusable so I posted a review on his website saying it was unusable and had huge rocks in it. He then started texting me and it all went downhill from there. He never returned my money and never replaced the 50 gram jar I spent like $40 on. All he did was send me a 2 gram sample! I highly doubt he actually uses any measuring device other then a walmart measuring cup. I can't see the FDA giving him approval for something he makes in his bathroom!

I do not know where he claimed it was fda approved, or if it was there and he changed it upon being accused. But like I said the information was given to me by an old employee of his named Emily Estrada, she obviously has more information on the matter because she used to work for him.

If it was approved, then that evidence will be brought forward when Emily speaks up. I do faintly recall an instagram post about how Armion was FDA approved a while back (before he blocked me on ig) so it's not like I made the statement based purely on rumor.

Even if I still had access to view his instagram, since he's made his account private, he's been deleting posts (shown by his post count decreasing)

All the effort he's putting into changing his identity and covering his back seems to be almost as good as an admission of guilt. I reported his facebook account by the way, because it is against the rules to use a fake name.
