    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

At what point does not paying someone back for an incomplete transaction become theft, Garrett? Generally it's 30 days after the last correspondence. It's been nearly a year since you took Mike's money. Refund him.

Dont get your hopes up Lynn. At this point I would be willing to bet that Garrett is using Mike's money to import and sell other animals. I mean after all, if Garrett and his German counterpart were legit why the need for Mikes money upfront with no animals?(not even pics) Please, If you say "you dont understand importing" one more time my head will probably spin off my shoulders. Seriously, if you guys had the cash or animals you would just buy them, import them, and then set whatever price you want. Lol, you can't do either of those things because 1) the animals do not exsist and 2) you have Mike's money tied up in other imports!! If not, where is the money? Who or what financial entity has it???? and PROVE it!!! I whacked Garrett with some negative karma this morning and posted a link to this thread on his profile wall. He promptly deleted the post and left me a reply on my wall and a PM. Those red chicklets stacking up under your name make me smile more and more Garrett! Cheers bud!

Do you really expect a refund from someone who's already publicly shown himself to be untrustworthy, unreliable and seemingly devoid of moral conscience?

I would express what he comes off as, but wouldn't want to insult 16-year olds who do have a brain, character, and a sense of honor.

Time for legal action, IMWO.

I would think that you would utilize the BOI to your advantage. So far, you've offered no proof that you are not a scammer (I am not saying you are just yet). So I gather that your reasoning for keeping the OP's money is because he called you a scammer? Yeah, that will go far with any judge, lol! So howzabout revealing the name of that "pre-sale" customer? Also, what exactly did you spend the OP's money on?

Chris, If Garrett had anything that would support any of his claims he would have posted them back in July when this thread started. And lets say that Garrett does come through with Mikes money or animals in the next month or two. Does that negate any of Garretts behavior here in this thread or in PM's to members here?
