Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

It can be a little hard to pop a 1700g snake but I do have a buddy coming over tomorrow all see if I can get him to pop out again.

Can you please show a photo of the animal popped, if you can? I have heard of males doing false locks with other males, but it's not exactly common. I just want to be sure you saw actual hemipenes and not scent glands before I'm willing to call your snake a male.

I've successfully popped adult males. It can be tricky, but it can be done. I do prefer probing adult males, however, due to a lesser chance of injury.

I suggest not replying to folks who get your ire, otherwise the people who are trying to help you may leave the thread. Drama feeds on drama, it's best to leave some things alone.
 
all quite feeding into tom... hopefully I can get him popped again and post a picture up by tonight... again I'm not trying to attack her or post amanda as a bad person I would just like the opportunity to talk with her to see if we can't resolve the problem... I hate that I even had to post this on fauna but figured someone has a number for her or can relay the message for her to contact me is all....

since you poped them young and everything seemed fine !! I've seen females probbed to be males and vice versa... but popped the right sex.. it does happen
a friend of mine used a prob on 3 concisutive tries to show me it was a male, then when he tried a pop it was a female !! looking forward to hear the results..unfortunately, from what i'm reading !! i don't think much can be done at this time..best of luck getting a hold of her.
 
She's on Facebook... as of yesterday too.

Ya iv all ready popped him last week and no doubt it's a boy. But I wanna get a pic up for you guys.... I don't honestly see it getting resolved, but id feel foolish if I didn't try and reach out to her

Donald, did you contact her via Facebook message? Sometimes messages get thrown into the "Other" folder and don't notify the user that they've received a message. This happens when you are not on their friend list. Tagging a user in a thread by typing and highlighting their name typically works better, especially when you type something like, "Amanda, I sent you a PM, please check your Other folder."
 
Thanks vanessa. Like I told tom I'm new to the whole Facebook scene... I couldn't even ad her as a friend as there was no option for that.... but I did find someone who commented on a post she did and asked them to have her contact me and nothing back from them as well
 
I will say though that she is entitled to see some proof that the snake is indeed male, such as the photographic proof I requested above. If I sold a snake to someone that later turned male, I would absolutely require some proof as I double and triple check the genders of snakes before I sell them.

I remember her scamming somebody else around the time you purchased Jay. Forcing me to "defriend" her/them. It's no secret how I feel about people who are not legit.

A few years back, I sold this animal as a female. The guy that bought her was not happy a few days after she arrived and emailed me insisting up and down that he popped it and it was a male and was pissed at me for sending him a mis-sexed animal. I got the snake back and a few months later sent him this photo.
