Unfortunately it looks like Mr. Smith has run out of anything usefull to add whatsoever and is now resorting to name calling and even funnier trying to leave negative karma for his detractors....hilarious that he does not even realize that as he is in negative karma his attempts have zero effect at all.
After following this thread since its inception I would never have any dealing with either Garret or Mike, sorry but I do not get a good feeling about either of them.

This is what i have to deal with everytime with garret he is always showing how pathetic his customer service is , when things were great and he asked for money he had zero attitude now that things didn't work out and i want my money this is the crap i have deal with now , nothing but a big A hole who has caused nothing but stress for my health knowing i have SLE (Systemic lupus erythematosus ) i am now in the process of reducing more than half of my collection of animals due to my health declining again. Again my flare up is triggered by this jerk who has made my life very hard these past 10 months.

All of this stress and nastiness over some lizards that will likely be dead within six months of receipt regardless, after being shipped from (of all places) Pakistan! What a crappy, illogical business. Even if you finally get the lizards, chances are they will be on death's door from the poor treatment they get from capture and before and during shipping. These lizards are likely sitting in some crate starving and dessicating even as we read this thread. Have been for months.

Garrett, you were sentenced for smuggling tortoises. The sentence was a joke, honestly, and it's a crime in itself that you didn't receive a criminal conviction for it (I haven't run a background check because frankly you aren't worth the money to do so).

A Chico man has been sentenced to three years' probation and six months of home detention for smuggling protected tortoises into the U.S.

U.S. District Judge Lawrence Karlton on Tuesday also sentenced 40-year-old Garrett Smith to 144 hours of community service and fined him $2,000.

Prosecutors say Smith imported wild tortoises from Asia with the help of an unknown conspirator, then sold and distributed the reptiles throughout the U.S.

Smith imported five Burmese Star tortoises and 30 Indian Star tortoises, which are protected by an international treaty.

Authorities believe the middleman lives in Singapore.

Jesus Garrett if you don't have the ability to refund someone who without a doubt has made your lack of ability to follow through on your agreement in a timely manner here a year on bringing an enormous blight that will no doubt affect future sales for you when potential buyers see this mess why in the world would you be waisting money on paying legal fees? Refund the man his money, prove yourself someone who after a years time gathered the energy to get off your couch to do so and move on. Beyond that all your doing is making yourself look bad here for all to see and I'm not sure what benifit you think that offers you?

Garrett thinks of himself as quite the hotshot. He doesn't feel he is wrong, which by definition makes him somewhat of a sociopath. He doesn't feel that Mike's transaction will in any way affect his future business. He will pruduce lawsuit documents about as quickly as he produced the supposed Pakistani deal documents.

Of curse the documents DON'T exist, they are merely a figment of his imagination, along with ALL 10 months of BOGUS THREATS, & EXCUSES. I truly believe he thinks this will ALL go away with time, as with all scammers, it's only about the money, everything else is immaterial.

I received an email last evening from a long time friend, he stated, he knew of 3 others, being ripped off by Frogman, he stated they haven't come forward in fear they'll never receive anything what so ever from him, I emailed him back to encourage him, to encourage them to come forward and tell everyone of their experience with Frogman, because it was my opinion like with Michael, they'll never see anything what so ever, regardless.

I did not sell any animals to Mike on this transaction.

The transaction that Mike is referring to is this: I found a contact in Pakistan that is able to get Saara Hardwickii and other reptiles at a good price. I asked Mike if he wanted to go in on this deal with me, to buy animals at cost with me and he could keep them or resell them. he agreed on 3.3 Saara Hardwickii. I bought more. Mike sent the money to me and I wired the money to my contact.

Importing takes a while and Mike knows this, Especially from a country that hasn't exported legally in over 10 years. I imported some uromastyx for him and it took 6 moths. He knows how long these things take.

Mike and his mom now have changed there minds and don't want the animals they want out of the deal and expect me to pay them back.

Mike has told me several lies to play the hard nocks card and I have sent him some money back. I have also tried to offer him some animals that he thought he could sell because he said he was low on cash. Captive bred adult Defensors one that is gravid. He said their worth $300 each, and he can get captive bred defensors for $300 each. When a baby CB defensors are going for $1,000. I have offered him other animals to help him out but he wants to give me nothing for them and make additional money on top of the money he invested in the Hardwickii. Last week was the last straw with believing he BS. He said he didn't have money for his daughters birthday and then posted a picture of a new banded uromastyx on Facebook that he just bought. He has done this several times.

I have told Mike 3 times, once last night, that the geckos at my house don't belong to me. I didn't pay to import them nor do I get the money when sold.

Ive been very clear with Mike and anyone else on the time it take on importing. Mike is now calling people that have purchased animals from me and wanting them to say something bad about me. In terms of time, They, like Mike, knew what they were getting into.

To sum this transaction up. Mike is not a customer of mine, what we discussed is a business partnership on this one order. Specifically 6 animals. He thinks that only way this could be a business partnership is if we sign a document. Not true Mike.

Garrett, I will ask you to stop performing reposts that just eat up thread volume with no added discussion value. It is placing a clot in the artery for what should be the flow of fresh information if/when available. If you stand by what you typed, then let it stand as it did the first time you posted it. If you would like to address something new or broached with specific response, by all means do so. Reposting the same thing ad infinitum is not much better than spam from my perspective.
