Bad Guy Mike Matson of Mike's Phat Frog is a scammer !!

Yes well let's just get some facts. Mike has been buying blues for about 5 years continuously. Yet they supposedly lose color after two weeks. So wait let me get this straight. You buy the first blues 5 years ago. They lose color after two weeks( complete bs) so for the next 5 years you continue to buy them over and over again knowing they supposedly lose color(bs). All they way through January 2015 where you recieve 100 more of these so called frauds along with other morphs for an agreed upon sum of 3900$ then you don't pay and all of a sudden these frogs that you have been buying for years( that lose color in two weeks) are part of a huge conspiracy??? Give me a break. Mike produced lots of blue frogs from samurais animals. He also flipped(resold) them as his own offspring. All they while claiming his frogs were blue and samuras were not. He tries to discredit Yusuke so people would buy the frogs from him. But the truth is they are the same damn frogs!

Mike purchased adult "Blues" from Yusuke in 2010. The adult female was $320.00 and came in green. Yusuke told him it would produce blue. Being mike did not get really good at breeding frogs until two years ago it took quite a bit of time to work this blue issue out. Between 2010 and now, yusukes frogs have been purchased for breeding stock and also to resell.

Now with this 5 year time period of buying blues.
mike had very few spawns between 2010-2012. It takes awhile to learn how to produce these frogs.

He would buy adults and babies. Most of the adults that spawned produced a green colored baby with missing pattern.

Mike raised a decent group of babies up for breeding in 2013 for late 2014 breeding. Knowing that the babies that were imported from the same shipment were all related offspring.

When those frogs produced. They were all green babies. SO SAMURAI BLUE GENETIC LINES BREED TRUE TO A GREEN COLOR ONLY. ORIGINALLY, Yusuke MADE IT SEEM LIKE THE DIFFERENT ADULTS LINES WERE THE REASON WHY TO NO BLUES WERE BEING PRODUCED AND HE NEEDED TO RAISE UP BABIES.

I am sure "you" will say whatever for "him". You changed the person-state in the same message from third person POV to first person midstream. No quotation marks. No qualifier. You have been caught, Mike, and you are bypassing a ban using a shill account. Whether your girlfriend is an accomplice to that or you are just using her name and information without her knowledge is not my concern. Since you are offering a phone conversation or some sort of voice conversation, that point to her being an accomplice and she would be assisting you in bypassing a ban. Another bannable offense. If I provide a girlfriend's information and convince her to lie for me, that does not make her identity mine to assume in reality.

Which is it because I am trying to comprehend why for the life of me you would continue to buy frogs knowing that they supposedly lose color in two weeks? For the record Yusuke does not fill my pockets with money. My hard work and ability to breed animals does. Yusuke rarely buys anything from me. The species I keep are too obscure and rare to wholesale for resale to Japan. I have zero intention of addressing these issues or points on Facebook. I find it particularly offensive that someone calls into question my integrity over money. Anyone who knows me knows money means nothing to me.

Even from his own mouth Mike states I helped him. I help anyone who needs help with breeding things or with issues with animals health etc. I ask for nothing in return. Gain nothing. So to imply I am on a boi thread backing someone because they put money in my pockets is ridiculous. I am here to set the record straight. I am actually quite impartial. But what's right is right. And this is wrong. Still have yet to get a real honest explanation on how for five years there were zero issues with these frogs and it only became a problem when money due was not paid.

Sweet irony. Cheyenne gets banned shortly after a request to prove her true identity, while at the same time she is demanding that Rick must only use his own name for transactions.

So Yusuke sued. Mike lost.

This is over Mike Matson of Mike's Phat Frogs not keeping his word and trying to back out of an agreement on paying me $2,250 for 21 Pacman frogs.

As amusing as 'Cheyenne' was, we should not forget the serious side of this thread. Any prospective purchasers should read this thread and draw their own conclusions about whether they would want to do business with Mike.

Also just to touch on the overpricing subject on the frogs , What Mike doesn't know is there was A (1) frog he sold me for $700+ that died two days after it got here . It was a translucent blue male and Mike told me it was worth $700+ because it was one of his rarest productions. When the frog died I contacted Yusuke to ask him the value of these types of frogs and Yusuke alarmed me to the fact that he sells these frogs for around $200 and that it looked like one of his frogs which would support what Jay said about Mike flipping and passing off Yusuke's hard work as his own. I never brought this up to Mike because I wanted to give him the benefit of a doubt. This is why our hobby is dying , people like him.

I had a feeling that's what they were trying . It's my wife's old address so it's a dead end for them either way

I don't think SYR needs to be brought into this. If you know for a fact that any seller is shipping sick or poorly packed critters through SYR, notify SYR. It certainly is no fault of theirs when a critter is ill but packed inside a box where they can't see it.

I would, but after this many botched attempts by his group of uncanny vigilantes in information retrieval I'm fairly certain there's no hope of getting my money back. He said it himself "you can't get water out of a dry well" so he doesn't have money. You have to think if his father is as well off as people say he is and Mike lives in the rundown apt complex he lives in , there must not be that much correspondence there. So as far as money , I don't believe Mike has it at all. You notice he was getting frogs from Yusuke then paying him back after he sold some of them as his own productions . I think that's what he was trying to do with me ,but didn't believe I'd give him the credit and time to pay back so this is how this whole thing started. I do have his home address and will be sending police (sheriff) to his residence to speak with him and the managers at his leasing office.

I don't think SYR needs to be brought into this. If you know for a fact that any seller is shipping sick or poorly packed critters through SYR, notify SYR. It certainly is no fault of theirs when a critter is ill but packed inside a box where they can't see it.

Unfortunately I have contacted SYR directly to alert them of his shipping practices , but since they have a personal vendetta with me (over some lost packages,which I wasn't to happy about ) they told me they "don't got my back" so I think the fact that he continues to use them as a safe means to ship reptiles, it needs to be brought to public attention. That could be damaging to our entire hobby if FedEx were to catch wind of these practices.

The Name Mike Matson or Mikes Phat Frogs is not allowed to ship to 60611 via fedex due to a federal investigation by fedex since the beginning of this situation.
