I haven't been actively on this BOI as i mentioned a few days ago i have health issues SLE ( lupus ) i have been been dealing with a flare up this past week have had slim to no energy to do anything or cause any additional stress to my health . ( Garret has been aware the entire time of my health issue ). I should of been admitted to the hospital days ago , but im currently under treatment at home until i start my infusions at the chemotherapy hoping with in this week or next . As far as garret has said he offered to give me a " better end " of the deal to cash out him and markus offered to give me four pairs of Pogona Barbata " eastern bearded dragons" to cash me my first thought was to wait for them to import them with all legal paperwork as i told him i wouldn't accept them with out it and wait for him to sell them off to cash me out , but my relationship with garret to this day is so bad i don't trust him one bit as all he has done has been nothing but disrespectful, rude , name calling , accusing me of doing drugs , saying im a horrible father who can't win custody of my daughter ( which i have 50% custody and is none of his business) I have always kept my cool with him calling me a drug addict but once he brought up my " parenting" for my daughter he crossed the line , i asked him weeks ago the status of the shipment from germany just to " check in " and was always answered rudely or upset by him i even had to email markus a few times who if he truly didn't want to be involved in this whole ordeal should of never offered to do so in the first place . Im at the point in life and health were i can't afford anymore stress garret has caused for me and my family i just want this to be all done and i move on from this nightmare if i would of known back in late December / early January that my money was gonna be gone for 6 -12 months plus i would of never done it.
I have asked garret to give me payment plans , different animals since he has had " the greatest sales ever" recently i would figure he would care more about his reputation and word in the community, but all he has shown is completely opposite and i believe just like many others you are as good as your word and if garret isn't a man of his Word guess im a year late to find out my mistake . Up until now garret has offered for me to have a sit down with his " Pakistani source" who could be anyone he could hire to act it out . Until i see some legal real CITES paperwork next to a Saara Hardwickii im not believing anything anymore that comes out of garret or markus because as far as im aware Markus and Garret are Partners and are equal in all there shipments with each other in profit and knowing the sources of each others, unlike me Garret has never wanted to tell me his Pakistan contact!
I just want to know when enough is enough and to give me my MONEY back the full $6500 he owes me or my 3.3 Saara Hardwickii he sold me or like i have mentioned to him i want something of equal value for my money nothing more nothing less.

The deal you have with Garrett has nothing to do with me! So don´t write stuff like that.

And you also know that I had a ouple of shipments in the last weeks to the US to different people. You also know that. (For people who are intersted in seeing what, check my rare-herps.de on facebook)

What I did is to contact you after I read in this boi that you and Garrett found a solution to cover his depts with you. I asked Garrett if this is correct and he reported you get Pogona barbata from him.
As the barbata are animals I ship to him on a deal him and me have, I asked him for more information. He told me its 4 pairs you get. And that he wants to buy them out of the deal him and me have. I agreed on that.

After checking this I wrote you an email telling you, that I like it you and him found a solution and I (even I am not involved in your Pakistan deal) like that you finally get something for the money you invested.
I also reported to you that I plan to ship in the second or third week of October to someone in the US. And that I will put the barbata in that shipment, as its not reasonable just to ship those animals with the high shipping costs.
I also provided you with the Cites documents of the Cites animals that will be in the shipment. So you know who will get the shipment and that there is a shipment.

I did this to make you feel more confortable in this messed up situation. So, there is nothing you can say negative about me. And especially I find it kind of unfair, that even I gave you all this information, you name me here!

For me, as I have absolutly nothing to do with your deal about the hardwicki, its the last time to post on this threat. I gave you information, told you that I understand your situation, told Garrett multiple times to find a solution with you. More I cannot do.

I am someone with whom you can easily come along, thats why different people in the world and also the US trade with me. And I always stood to my word.

But to mix me in a deal you have with Garrett, and especially you know its between you and him, is something I don´t accept.

As I wrote you in the emails and just now here, I will ship the barbata to Garrett. What you two do with them is no long of any interest for me.

You and Garrett are communicating behind the scene, and that is good. You and him already have a agreement since weeks and reported it here. So, why others don´t see that, I don´t understand.

Besides: Garrett wrote here, he also wants you to skype with the Pakistan seller. Funny, that so many people just don´t forget this important point. As the only thing of importance here is that you get your solution, and not them to get information. Because the only one needing information is you.

Perhaps you could clear up some of the confusion here by elaborating a bit more descriptively. I get that Pakistan hasn't been exporting for a decade. You've amplified that well enough. But what does that have to do with this deal? You said the document (which is now in question thanks to some awesome detective work by some members here) show that they agree those animals can leave the country. You said you know where there is a delay. Please share your knowledge.

The second one, you said that you and your daughter were very sick and that you were going to the hospital, then posted pictures of you at Disneyland on the same day that you were "Hospital Bound". A week later when I asked you about Disneyland you said you had a great time….but must of forgot about telling me that you and your daughter we soooooo sick that you need to go to the hospital. You Mike are know as a lier to even your "friends" that I have sold animals to.

For what it's worth, I see this as a genuine apology and a step in the right direction. I'm still not convinced the Pakistan import paperwork is legitimate, but hopefully, now that Garrett has taken a positive step here, that we all can stop with personal attacks and actually work towards a meaningful resolution.

I was asked by Garrett if I want to participate in an import from Pakistan. After speaking with the Pakistan provider of the animals I said yes. That's all I can say to that.
Garrett and Mike have a deal about those animals for the US market.
Therefor I am not involved in their deal. That's two different things.
But I know that Garrett and Mike are communicating about a solution, and from emails with Mike and WhatsApp with Garrett I know what they agreed on.
I believe that's why both of them stepped back from commenting everything here.
And as someone carefully reading this threat and also other threats in the boi, that's the best they can do....

Really? You have avoided being "involved " in their deal from the get go. Now you are suddenly orchestrating quite a nit of hands on damage control.
