    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

This is the condition Mike Matson shipped a young ladies poor , now deceased frogs Butter bean and Pole bean (rip little guys)


 
I have talked to Mike's father about his son's criminal behavior hoping he could get him to come up with the money, but he has no control over his offspring's thieving ways. It seems like the best way to put the stake in little Mike's heart is to cut off his supply chain. This appears to be already happening. It is extremely unlikely Mike raises many of the animals he sell. As he continues to cheat the people he deals with he will run out of avenues to get animals. Hopefully this will happen soon.
 
Whoa! Hold on a sec. Mike is not associated with bob at sandfire. Bob is one of the most generous, genuinely nicest person you will ever have the honor of meeting. Just because someone else exploits a short term association to try and gain instant credibility and validity
Does not Mean there is a mutual affiliation. Bob was a victim in this arrangement. It never was what mike portrayed it to be to be to the hobby. It was nothing more than mike taking advantage of a nice mans generosity. And it was terminated due to mikes behavior.
 
Yeah, I would be more careful with the name-dropping simply out of courtesy to the parties involved. It can needlessly cast some shadow upon the just.

Jay, I would very much like to have more information where this is concerned, as I received threats from Mike where he was throwing both Bob and Petco in my face saying all of them would be bringing a lawsuit to me over the frogs in my video Rick that re-posted above... in fact I think that was already mentioned somewhere by Mike earlier in this thread. I have always had nothing but the utmost respect for Bob, and looked up to the man as above reproach UNTIL my experience with Mike. One moment Mike was saying he is "a part of Sandfire" (the company) and speaking FOR Bob, the next he was throwing Sandfire under the bus for my receiving sick frogs... I didn't want to believe Bob was in any way to blame, but after trying to contact him and hearing absolutely nothing in return I didn't know what to think. Believing Bob was in any way in cahoots with Mike shook me to the core. All I know is the frogs I have that came from Sandfire, whether through Petco, or through Mike (with the exception of 1) have had multiple issues, while frogs I have purchased from Petco, or elsewhere, from a completely different supplier are perfectly normal. I still to this day cannot bring myself to believe it is Bob's fault, I simply can't, but Mike... he's well proven himself not to be trusted. Please, if there is anyway you can help restore my faith in Sandfire let me know. As for Mike, no way anyone will ever do that. I'm done with him. Period.

I was also told by Mike via phone conversation that he works for Bob at Sandfire. Also he stated to me that when he came to vend at Tinley , this month he would be doing so working the Sandfire Dragon Ranch booth.

Something I would love to know myself. Bob's website hasn't been updated in years and is still not online, and he hasn't updated Sandfire's Facebook page since everything blew up in April... :shrug01:

Semi-Correction: Sandfire's FB page hasn't been updated since April 21, I purchased my since demised frogs from Mike on April 14 and had "discussions" with him about them at the same time Rick was wrangling him over the Pac issue... expressly May 27th when the 21 adult pacmans went missing through FedEx.
 
Guys bob is in his 70's. He is trying to enjoy te golden years. He isn't on Facebook and doesn't do the website. He is nothing more than an innocent victim of someone else's con. Look at the way mike talks to people and threatens people. Do you think bob at his age wants any part of that? In his youth bob wouldn't have tolerated that behavior and he certainly wouldn't now. I am not going to allow my dear friends name to get tarnished by someone's exagerations and misrepresentations.
 
All valid points and after speaking to a few people who know Bob , I'm going to say Bob was probably an innocent bystander who Mike was attempting to use as a shield. My apologies to Bob and Sandfire Dragon Ranch for mentioning their name as I am not sure they provide aid in helping Mike do these evil acts . I hope you are no longer associated with Mike Matson.

Another semi-correction... I paid for the 2 WTFs April 1st, Mike shipped them April 13th and I received them on the 14th. I messaged Mike at 12:32 pm, when I got them home, to let him know about the sick frog and the lack of proper packaging... he replied at 2:28 to say they would be ok. At 4:20 pm the next day I again messaged him to let him know the snowflake was not doing well at all. No reply back from Mike. May 22 is when I posted on FB about the positive test for Chytrid and Mike started threatening me.

Which means that Mike is even lower than the low... I would love to hear this from Bob himself, but as a caregiver of senior folks I understand his not wanting to be dragged into the Mike drama. I'm just extremely concerned that Mike's actions have done something to cause harm where Bob's frogs are concerned. Looks like my thoughts were correct... I just could never believe Bob was a part of the Mike mess, but he never said so. I feel badly for him :(
