I have a legitimate question. How much money did the Pakistani recieve? How much of that was from Mike, Markus, Garrett and who ever else might ne involved?

Mike has $6,500 for 3.3 animals. Markus has more invested that Mike and I have more than invested than Markus. Thats all who is involved in this transaction.

Funny thing is, you have made it clear you do not want to be associated with the deal between Mike and Garrett. Also, post #202..."I would kindly ask you not to involve here in a situation between you and Garrett". So what happened? Now you are suddenly the "mediator"? For what it's worth, I see this as a genuine apology and a step in the right direction. I'm still not convinced the Pakistan import paperwork is legitimate, but hopefully, now that Garrett has taken a positive step here, that we all can stop with personal attacks and actually work towards a meaningful resolution.

This is not an an actual piece of import paperwork. This is a document that we thought we needed at the start of this processes. This document cost us $8,000 US. and as it turns out, we didn't need. Pakistan is very corrupt and as someone said on this BOI, and we verified with the Pakistani government that the last time reptiles from Pakistan have been legally exported was 15 plus years ago. I started to take pictures and gather the paperwork that I sent to Mike during this process. I started to get attacked on this BOI and stopped.

Mike keeps asking for CITES paperwork, when he knows that this is the main paperwork that we're waiting for. If I had cleared CITES paperwork the lizards would be in the air within 3 days.

I offered Mike to Skype my contact, He declines and says I hired an english speaking Pakistani in Pakistan that will answer with out hesitation any question that he could through at him. In reality Mike knows this is a legit transaction, just like the first one that we did. He threatened me that if I don't cash him out that he will start a BOI on me. He said he would do what ever it takes to ruin my reputation.

I dint't publicly bring up any of his personal issues on this BOI, he did by posting our private conversation and now he's calling me names.

Again, We had an agreement, he wants to back out and not see it through. I have offered several options that I can or could afford at that time. Most exceeded his original investment. He has been difficult to deal with and wanting way, way more that what he invested. Thats when I used the "jew me down" term and I also feel bad about that. This was in a private message between Mike and I in the heat of the battle….but I shouldn't of said it.

Mike, I can care less about your pot smoking. What you do in your life is your business. I brought it up in our private conversations because I would give you updates on our transaction and you would call me 2 days later and ask me the same questions. Like we never talked. You always talked about "getting baked" all the time and I asked were you baked when we talked last.

You have accepted an offer of some animals that are worth well over the value of what you invested in the Pakistan deal. Regardless, If I gave you $6,500, the Hardwickii or the current offer, Im going to have you sign a form stating that the said items releases me form any debt or obligation to you. It will also state that you will not continue to lie and slander me, Markus or anyone else moving forward. I believe anyone would do this in my situation.

I have explained some of your first question in the post above. The government is very corrupt. I have sent more money than you could imagine to make this work legally. I have paid for forms that were not needed and permits from the wrong guy etc.

My Pakistani contact is a friend of a friend, He is a US educated, honest person.
He comes from money, but is doing his own thing to make his living. He didn't know how to export live reptiles when we started but learned quick. The government didn't know how to export live reptiles because 15 years ago there were different employees in the positions that export. We knew it would take a while.

They also eat the tails of Saara Hardwickii. They think its like a viagra. We are going to figure out how to test this, without harming the animals. Once proven that this is not true, were going to try to educate the population with signage and flyers at the local markets that sell them. This may not do anything but its worth a try. I will post copies of the material when we get to that point.

My knowledge about a delay is something I have to discuss with my bussiness partners. That is one the one hand Garrett and on the other hand the Pakistan seller. Thats all people I have discussed and will discuss this topic with. Noone here would share bussiness information to the world. Noone. Not one of the people posting here.
And I will not share either (except with people who buy animals from me or are intersted in buying).
