    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

That is what I have been saying the whole time I have never said I am going to make a trade without the Jaguar the Jaguar is what made the deal in the first place why would I change my mind The whole time this deal was going down he was supposed to be sending me the Jaguar

Liar...the jaguar was a dead issue months ago. This you saying you sending a gun for the snakes you received.

Thing is that Mel did make a second agreement. This did not include the 12th snake that was not shipped to Mel.
Once a second agreement/contract is made, it voids the first.
Then, there was a third deal re. the glock (which I am not sure there was a "meeting of the minds" on).
Third deal set side, there is still the 2nd agreement.

You are correct in that Alex made an error, and should have looked into things, first, before making the trade deal and sending snakes.
If that were all, I would agree that Alex should suck it up and pay for his snakes to be returned. However, there was a second (perhaps third) agreement that they agreed upon.
Plus, let us not forget that Mel sold some of those snakes when they did not, yet, belong to him. Thus, Alex cannot be placed back into a position of being at "square one" ... though having a loss of funds (shipping) as well.

The snapshots that you just post it proves that you gave me the snakes and you was going to add the Jaguar but all you needed to do with the paperwork what are you talking about

The jaguar was never in any agreement after the first deal went south! He is bring that snake into his argument because he does not have any validity to his claims!!!

You are saying that either he pays for the return shipping, pay for the firearm transfer, and pay you for keeping them. OR he gives you another snake with no real promise that you will send anything. You already said you would ship the firearm for the 11 you have. And...and...and...nothing.

You have 24 hours are I am going to sell everything.

Right now. It is clear that you are only in this hobby for money.

You need to put that in your TOS.

Okay. I was wondering since you stated, a "few" posts back (which led to my confusion), that the second deal (sending one gun, the 10/22) was for 12 snakes (not 11).

If he agreed to send the 10/22 then when you weren't able to have that gun the Glock for 12 snakes maybe you should send the 12th snake.

No where that I've seen did Mel say that he'd give up the 12th snake Alex may have assumed that but you know what they say about assuming anything.
