Oh I see what happened now... Juliasara posted a pic of a profile belonging to Devil's Lettuce from another site, that prof. happened to have not only Mike but other people listed as friends. In hindsight the other people should have been blacked out because they didn't have anything to do with the subject here, as mentioned be Leiren (sorry if I spelled that wrong) earlier.

My God you will stop at nothing to deflect attention from yourself will you? You have the NERVE to say I am hiding under fake profiles? But I didn't hide here, did I, knowing I faced the risk of my past being revealed. But like I said, I deny nothing, I admit to having problems stemming over an extended period of time. You say you were going to check with my local animal agencies on Monday? What did you find? Why don't you just go ahead and contact the courthouse and ask for release of the records? You'll have to pay for them-- oh that's right, you have no money!

I will be releasing the rest of the videos that document the frogs you sent me that were sick right out of the box. And as for my frogs having chytrid and giving it to those frogs you sold me, that you said were not even from your facility but from Sandfire, my frogs are still alive and well and I have a negative spot test for chytrid. If a class action lawsuit ever comes against you I will happily get in on that.

You know, I just read that again myself...

I don't know what he meant my "er vet", and what I did was post to him the test on the frog he sent me that was positive for chytrid-- he called the vet on his own. Mike told me he told the vet that I said the vet said that since I didn't have chytrid here that it must have come from there. Confusing. What the vet told me was that it was simply impossible to pinpoint where it came from, but since all my frogs are alive and well (I have a test that is negative for chytrid as well) that the likelyhood is that it did NOT originate from here. I asked Mike to provide me with negative tests on chytrid from there... he kept saying that "we send out 40 frogs a year" (meaning Bob and him) and have no positive tests-- then later he told me that he did not test his frogs, and did not need to test his frogs, as he has no problems there... which was proven to be false as per his correspondence with Rick. If you need any of the correspondence between Mike and myself I would be more than happy to post it, if someone can tell me how to do it. The posts are in my FB PMs, and Mike himself has posted some of those a lot earlier in this thread.

I looked back and the copy of the RAL test was PMd to Mike's Phat Frogs on May 29th, 2015 (he never replied back) I said he could contact RAL to verify. Our vet's address and telephone number was also on the test; Mike called them right after he got the test in the PM but he never contacted me back on that PM, just came after me on the testimonial I had left on FF.

With all respect - the discussions on other forums are not permissible as evidence on the BOI because they are typically filled with anonymous screen names (there is a sticky thread about this subject at the top of the BOI). I didn't make an issue of the first one because it was only Mike and you; but please stop posting links.

No offense but most vets don't know squat about chytrid. Furthermore it's hearsay. And even furthermore unless your facility is ran like the cdc facility you shouldn't be talking preventative measures. its absurd

I requested our vet do a post mortem test, he sent it into RAL and it came back positive. That's the extent of my end of things. Mike kept talking about how "we" and "they" (in reference to Bob) tested yearly and everything was negative. The next thing I know he's recanting and telling me "he" (Mike himself) doesn't test because he has no need to as there are no problems or diseases at his facility. Backtrack to earlier in this thread when Rick said Mike told him he has lost something like $10,000 in frogs due to illness. That and he claimed Rick sent him frogs that were sick and dying. This was the exact same time frame he told me he had no sick animals at his facility. Mike kept telling me the frogs her sent me, which one was obviously ill at unboxing, came from Sandfire and not his own facility. I know now that was untrue and he just took advantage of Bob as well.

I haven't read through all of this, but yeah, Mike's not a good guy to do business with. I received a very poorly packaged group of pacmans that all died within a week or so, and another package of toads that arrived emaciated with a lot of wounds.

Mike Matson still has not paid me any of the $2,250 he promised to pay for frogs that I sent him and I believe he is using to breed. He pretty much stole $2,250 from me without giving any care except to blame "his employees" "his food supplier" and everyone under the sun except for himself who is the one clearly at fault here. He is a liar and a scammer which has been proven time and time again in this thread and in the many other threads. He believes because he shares status' on Facebook that are co-signs from illiterate, irrelevant corn-snake breeders who are current customers of his that he no longer has to own up for his actions. Mike , this situation is now in the hand of a collection agency. Good luck kid !

Kicking myself for not checking BOI first!

I just tried to give Mike some business but he just can't seem to actually ship the animals. Ordered and paid for some tadpoles on the 14th (hoping they might go out that week) spent additional time and money setting up tanks for them. Told shipping would be 11/23 to 11/30. I stressed to him previously that I would like Monday shipping since I have Tuesdays off, and he said that would be fine. Received no communication from him unless I initiated it. Figured they would ship on Monday the 23rd but nothing. Was then told on 11/24 they would ship yesterday 11/30. Waited around today for Fed Ex, nothing. Contacted Mike and around noon my time he said he didn't ship due to "Cyber Monday" yet didn't bother to let me know. Now wants to ship Wed. for Thursday arrival which is not good for me as I am away all day.

I finally gave up and told him I just want a refund. He said it will take until "later in the week" for that to happen.

For someone that apparently needs money he could do a little better in the communication and customer service departments......
