In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

What does dropping a complaint have to do with you sending first? That makes no sense. Just post the screen shots so we can fully understand. Honestly your refusal to post more then just little snippets of the conversations makes you look like your trying to hide something. It just makes you look shady imo, I'm sure others feel the same way. What complaint does he want you to drop? Where was the complaint made?

What I also don't understand is why mr kruger refuses to post the screen shots too. It seems like they both have stuff to hide. I wish one of them would just man up and post the entire conversation already!
Seriously dude, if your about to send that last snake for a pellet gun send the snake to me, I have an old crosman and I live in Staten Island. Better yet just sell the snake and buy a new pellet gun. Your setting yourself up to get burned again.

After all this, it would appear that mel is an opportunist that saw an opening to take advantage of a situation. However, BB also potentially took advantage of this deal from the get-go as well making some assumptions.
If BB intentionally withheld the boa, and shipped the snakes in hopes that Mel would agree to a different deal, then he could have been perceived to make the original deal to force the hand after sending the numerous snakes to Mel. ON the flip side though, if BB did in fact simply forget to send the snake, the first response should have been to send it immediately the next day when brought up. When BB did not, he immediately attempts to alter the deal.
Mel, potentially knowing that the deal had been changed, and he perhaps could "force" a better deal to his favor in all of this, then stalls and counter offers terrible deals. During this time Mel can do a multitude of things: 1) Stack up inflated boarding bills that would force the OP to surrender his right to collect, 2) Have enough time to list and sell the animals to make the deal a more favorable thing for him and ensure its ultimate value, and 3) Hope that by aiming extremely low, BB would accept a much lower offer than the original deal.
Both parties are at fault in the deal making process. Had BB immediately have sent the missing boa, Mel would be accountable for potential extortion. However, because the boa was left out, the original deal became null and void, at which point Mel the opportunist decided to play ball by his own rules and logic to take advantage of someone who was wanting to get out of a lot of boas.
I read through the entire chain of events, all the comments, and this is just my own recollection of what seems to have occurred. BB is not merely a victim since it may have just been his own act of extortion that started it all, when things backfired by not sending the agreed upon snakes. The deal from the start was a horrible trade - but every person will see it in it's own light, while I would never agree to the terms if I was BB, he is an adult and agreed. Sorry to say, but both parties are likely deserving of a do not buy or sell logo in my books. But hey, it was a good show and an opportunity for many folks to learn how to not behave.

So we should just trust eveeything you say because you say so? Do you believe every single thing random people online say without wanting to see proof? Of course you are going to be asked to prove yourself! You were asked numerous times to post proof of what you said. So far Alex is the only one to post some proof of what he's said, even if it's only snippets of the converaation.
The multiple lies definitely got you somewhere. Perhaps not the somewhere you wanted to be, but somewhere regardless.

I don't see, in that last screenshot, where Alex (nor Kruger) said anything about Alex sending first.
However, it does show where Alex said for Kruger to send the item first. Apparently, before Alex would do something. What that something is was unknown until Alex clarified, when questioned in this thread, that the "something" was dropping the complaint.
True enough, partial texts, etc., can be viewed as "suspect".
Don't understand why the entire conversations cannot be posted by either of the two parties.
Alex stated, a little while back, that he would post the full conversations, within 24 hrs., but never has to date.
It would be beneficial if it/they could be posted.

The only thing that has gotten a response from him was the complaint I made against to the trade commission. I mentioned that earlier in the thread. He wants me to drop the complaint first and then he would send that little pellet gun. We all know that when he sends and I DO NOT drop the complaint...you will all see that.
The same can not be said for him since he feels the BOI is meaningless to his business and reputation. I drop the claim and then get nothing from him...then I loose the litter bit of leverage that I have.

I misread that part but either way what complaint is he referring to being removed? I've been asking for the whole conversation to be posted by both parties for weeks now and neither has followed through. It makes me very skeptical about both. If neither has anything to hide why won't they just post it? I know it takes a little time but you'd think it's worth it with their reputations on the line.
