Is there any actual proof of these other victims ? Perhaps I have missed it. I don't think at this point there is any more proof of other victims than there is of the "pakastani contact". Sorry in advance if I missed this point.

Their names have been posted here. They have viewed this thread and have had ample opportunity to deny any involvement with Garrett. Read the thread to avoid missing any points.

Lynn referenced his unidentified source(s) enough to make it clear that the subject was anonymous third party quotation, and he said he would reveal them when they were ready to have their names named...unfortunately, that isn't the way things work here. When I contacted Lynn about that matter some time ago, he stopped mentioning the sources; but Chris and Lynn have continued to comment about these "victims".

Chris and Lynn - together, you have been responsible for a full third of the posts in this thread. It is obviously your intent to keep this thread at the top, and you've been succeeding.....but now it's time to put up, or shut up. Identify the source(s).

I'm not stalling, I don't play stall tactics or games, I don't need to.

Michael~Called me many, many times before, & many, many times after the thread was started, sick to his stomach about the $6500 that Garrett Smith owes him, and wanted my advice/help in getting his mothers money back, and resolving the ordeal with Garrett. In addition, he told me many times, that Charlie, Maria, & Jimmy, were also owed. The rest of Michael's story is in this thread.

Charlie~Received my phone # from Michael, and he called me many, many times, sick as well, about the $6500 Garrett Smith owes him, he also confirmed what Michael told me, that Garrett also owes Maria, & Jimmy. Conversations were pretty much the same when he called, he was sick and tired of Garrett telling him, he'd pay him on a certain day, that day would come and go, and no money, with the exception, about 3 to 4 weeks ago, Garrett sent Charlie a PayPal payment in the amount of $240, with a promise that he'd pay him in full by the 15th of Nov. Charlie called me again, and went off about the amount Garrett sent, he considered it a slap in the face, and continued telling me "I'm going to come forward", which I highly recommended, and I told him, the sooner the better, not to let this drag on. There were many other calls back & forth between Charlie & myself, and all were pretty much the same, he wants his money and is tired of the excuses from Garrett.

I'm sure your concern is to keep the integrity of this board, which I GREATLY APPRECIATE!

My concern, is to help keep the integrity of the hobby, which I've been a part of for over 50 years, when people are mislead, flat out lied to, or just plain ripped off in this hobby, whether we like it or not, it's a REFLECTION of the hobby as a whole, and discourages up & coming hobbyist. If we do nothing, In my opinion, it could also encourage undesirables, to see this as an invitation, to get rich quick & disappear, or pay it off in tiny increments, when ever they feel the need to keep their victims quiet.

Bottom line, this thread started as a simple request for proof, of ANY KIND, other than LIP SERVICE, that this was a legitimate deal, upon accepting large amounts of money. When one makes excuses, and insults, rather than providing PROOF, it only fuels the fire, that something fishy may be going on.

Garrett again, I ask for PROOF, copy of the receipt of the wire transfer to Pakistan you said you sent, any correspondence, showing you paid for & were to receive said critters, copies of any and all permits, copies of the messages you said you received from your contact in Pakistan, last but not least, the $8000 you said you sent for paperwork, and it wasn't needed..........

Produce LEGITIMATE PROOF as asked, I'll respectively apologizes, and I'll never post on this thread again.

I read the first part of your post. The last paragraph started with my name first and ended with "put up or shut up". And the remark about keeping this thread up top was uncalled for. Garrett isn't holding chump change and this remains on ongoing current event with regard to his claim that a solution would be available last week and another this week. Well over 20,000 bucks? This thread is right where it should be.

And yes, 6 hours is exactly the time difference between Germany and the State of Pennsylvania , where the person I wrote to lives. Maybe you are from a Eastern State, then its less hours. If from the West Coast even more then 6 hours.
But, this post is so out of everything discussed here, wow....

If a risk exists, and the Pakistani deal falls through, how will you get your money back Markus? Surely you and Garrett have discussed this in detail, yes?
