Dr. Stephen Hadaway runs this mail-in service and he informed me that he performs all of the fecal exams himself. I've been using this service, in junction with my regular vet, for around a year now. I tend to use this mail in service because the cost is lower than having it done locally, though you will still need a local vet for obtaining medications, physical exams, illness, etc.
