    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Garrett, this drama does not make your criminal actions any less. You are still a thief of your fellow inthusiasts unless you can prove otherwise and a confirmed smuggler. Has anyone brought up as a potential victim came forward and said that is not true? No, they avoid out of fear that you instilled in them, not concerned about the circus you helped initiate. Keep believing the attention is off of Garrett Smith, but the truth is, this circus is networking your name as a thief across the world. :thumbsup::thumbsup:

Thank you Ross. I am actually a hobbyist. Every snake I have let go from my collection in the last several years was given or donated to people I felt would give them a good home. I appreciate your post!
 
I'm pretty sure he lives in NY, I think he just meant he had friends in Cali. I don't know him but have spoken with him a few times on posts in the uromastyx page on Facebook and I know he met up with another member who I know for sure lives in NY to get help building some cages.

According to what Garrett said in post #663 in which he stated "if after the year mark, we would both be going after a refund", I guess it's every man for himself. Of course if Mike has to go after the ghost Pakistani for his money (providing he didn't strike a deal), then Garrett will have to give Mike his contact info.
 
Michael, please update us on your health and if Garrett has offered anything. Hope you are doing OK buddy. You can't let this slide. Health is obviously more important than anything though, so no pressure, we just want to help you out.

I figured I should run an update. I had chatted with Michael and a few friends of him. No simple way of putting this, he is really sick. Not only is the Lupus in a 'flare up" state causing his doctors to require very aggressive treatments. Unfortunately, treatment for autoimmune diseases many times cause just as much damage as the disease. When my wife went through similar treatments, she could not get out of bed let alone function. At the same time, the disease itself is very tied to stress. So least to say, going on here to update us or discuss further only adds stress to Michael and pushes the disease. This disease can kill Michael (for those that do not understand what Lupus is).

Anyways, looks like Michael has bigger things to focus on, so please respect his decision to stay away for a while and pray he gets better. But it does not take Garrett out of legal responsibilities here, and I say we stay on top of him. Possibly there are legal actions that we as a community can do to help?

I don't get it. You submit a post soliciting Mike to "please update us on your health and IF GARRETT HAS OFFERED ANYTHING". You also state "YOU CANT LET THIS SLIDE". Then you call him? As I recently posted, without mentioning Mike's name, if someone was satisfied by Harrett, they would have posted it. The only person I see not respecting his decision to stay away for a while is you. Trust me, everyone that knows what's going on is praying for him, myself included.

Also Chris, none of my conversation with Michael or his friend had nothing to do with this thread, other than he is too sick to discuss Garrett or any of the legal issues with him. It was mostly about his health and general reptile chat (positive things).

Sorry if misinterpreted "I had chatted with Mike" with you calling him. Guess he called you? No matter. And mum's the word on the confidentiality thing. Seems to be a pattern in this thread. No need to have mentioned that since no one asked.
