    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Unless someone knows otherwise, BSR is out of business. New owners, different business name. Same location. Siegal was arrested on assault on one of his employees. From what i had heard, he is out of the business, and cannot get a licence to operate anything relating to herps any longer in the state of Fl. Ended up in a mental facility for a short time, got divorced and his whereabouts are unknown.
 
Sorry, "entered" too quickly ... I can't speak about the physical store, however.

I would say obviously I know different per my post just one before yours!
This was an online sale through a fb ad in a pit fb group.
No idea about the bricks and mortar store or even who indeed is running the show at this time.
All I know as per my earlier post is that it was a superb transaction where I think I got an animal better than the ad or pix described.
 
I don't know about his recent business dealings, however I dealt with Ben and his company for over 10 years selling him animals at various shows and he was one of the few large businesses that I would deal with. He was never overly friendly with me, not rude or mean, however he was professional and offered a fair market price for my animals. It seems as if he has been dealing with some serious issues over the years but I believe if he has sought appropriate metal health services he deserves to be given a chance to regain the trust of the reptile community. Mental health issues are seldom given the same level of compassion as other diseases and that is a shame. I hope he can find a level stasis in his life and regain the trust of the herp community. I for one hope that this is the case.
 
Kudos to you, Phil Bradley. I could not have stated it better. Stuff happens when stuff is not expected, nor can be predicted. Who is to judge?

Kevin / Black Adder had a recent good transaction. He is more than allowed to post his satisfactory transaction, without again dredging up negative history everyone is already long aware off.
