    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Robert has basically done everything for you right here bar file the police report which he cannot do.
It will take you 10 minutes max to do so.
What do you have to lose?

If you do not report this is the main reason people will keep on perpetuating this type of scam!

The one and only reason I can see that anyone would believe that Kendrick Nuttall works for FedEx is only because Kendrick says so on his Linkedin profile. Kendrick could put president of the United States on his Linkedin profile, so is it even true or not??

There is only one FedEx location near Kendrick in "purple", the rest are only drop boxes. Perhaps Nate at FedEx never called back because there is no Kendrick Nuttall that even works for FedEx to begin with.

Please don't let that one simple phone call discourage you.

Robert. Nate never got a name from me. I admittedly have slacked since I received my money back from PayPal so you've inspired me if you will, and will call Nate back on Monday and rehash this. I get discouraged by law enforcement because I for some reason see the wheels move too slow(prob wrong) BUT I'd really like to see this guy at least lose his job. So, that being said I'll call Nate back and push the issue and check back in next week sometime with an update. Thanks for your help. This guy is a total scumbag. My mindset is one of not phoning in complaints but rather one of wanting to break his kneecaps. I realize phoning in my complaints is my only choice.

FYI, delivery drivers do NOT work for FedEx. They may represent the company, etc, but they are not on FedEx payroll. They are employed by the independent contractor who put the bid in for that route- the contractor is his boss (if he works "for FedEx"), but FedEx. For drivers, it's simply easier to say "I work at FedEx" than to say "I work for an independent contractor that delivers for FedEx."

How or if that effects the outcome of your phone call, I do not know. The manager of that FedEx location should still know all of his drivers, who their boss is, etc, and it would still be good for them to be aware of something like this. Even if he isn't employed directly by FedEx, he's still driving a van and wearing a shirt that says FedEx on it and is still representing the company.

I work for FedEx myself, though I can't say how my own boss would react to a phone call about something like this, so who knows how any other manager would.

This right here is exactly why he will get away with it. You people who get scammed refuse to file police reports and they continue to scam people. Just because YOU got your money back doesn't mean the next person will.

First I want to thank nickolasanastasiou for perfectly explaining what happened. to me. The only person that lost everything was ME. I lost my merchandise and Paypal reversed the transaction. Your name wasn't smeared. It was brought up with just cause because your PayPal was used in a scam either directly or indirectly. Any information regarding "you" as an individual is public information readily available on the internet. If you were not involved with this and are a victim, sorry for your loss.

If you have been wronged, then the same suggestions listed here for other victims applies to you as well... contact his local police dept.
 
ya, its always good to do as much checking as you can before making a purchase. I also check my buyers to see if there had been problems cause I don't need any. I love my babies and want them to all be in happy homes with caring owners. I sure don't want them going to some nutball.

Im sure I will be fielding another barrage of your foul language, empty threats, attempts to intimidate me( yawn) and general tough guy talk. But before you do maybe you can explain to the good folks on the boi how your federal indictment is going?

I don't have a federal indictment jay. Is this your new goal in life but to create drama where you can and get people banned from shows so they can't enter and confront you? You must be one miserable little guy who's just pissed at the world. I'd still love to see all your docs on your "legal" naultinus little man. The funny part is I've had 5 people in the last 4 months message me about you complaining how you sold them dying amphibians and get a big ego and defensive when confronted. You scam and hide. Go back under a rock jay and live your life on the BOI trying to just cause unwarranted problems little man.

Funny statement from a guy who peddles things online and starts bad guy threads on the boi. Also calls out people advertising one eyed ornate Diamondbacks. I mean isn't that kind of hypocritical? Saying that about me? And im not really a drama queen I have my emotions under control and I never use... lol . I think that's a dram queen thing to do. So is being overly passive aggressive. But hey if you think I'm a drama queen think what you may. I would rather that be my rep than having multiple federal endictments for animal violations over the years.
