My evidence was good enough for authorities and never had any concerns, because I do have signed agreement that was fully investigated by three major government officials to give me full release to do with as I wish. I know in end I will be fully vindicated with my evidence. Unfortunately since I am no going to be sued by him as that is his last recourse no evidence will be put up here until after I am fully vindicated there too. I can now sell my snakes legally since as I stated not stolen.

I think the reason you are not putting up evidence is because you are lying. We've seen it too many times, the Bad Guy posts that because of secret facts known only to him and which he is not going to share, he is not really a bad guy. As far as I'm concerned, you are still a Bad Guy and I would never deal with you.

(I didn't give them your last name when I originally contacted her)

I'm sure you have, called or meet with every Law Enforcement Agency I provided for you, add the FBI to your list, for International Internet Fraud & Theft.

Worse than just meaningless dribble. He is trying to scam people into thinking he is legally entitled to sell these snakes, when actually from all that has been said (and no proof offered otherwise) if he does not have good title anyone buying from him does not get good title regardless of payment.
Plus, he made that one post and was banned again. He can't even comply with the rules here long enough to make more than one post (no big loss ).

I am advising that no one buy Raptors from anyone but Garrett Peck or Eabele. Anyone else selling them may either be selling Pitayas or Neptors as Raptors or selling Eabeles stolen boas here from the USA.

I own my pair legally and Eabele De Rue will confirm that. With any luck in a couple of years or less I will also be a reliable US source for Raptors. Eabele explained that my pair are double dose Kubsch Pastel Raptors from a Super Raptor Kubsch Pastel X a Raptor Kubsch Pastel

If that's what a Sheriff's deputy said, I personally wouldn't stop at that. I'm well versed in what constitutes a crime as well, I'm former Law Enforcement, Narcotics & Intelligence undercover.

If I'm not mistaken, the boas where sent, under false pretenses & lies made by Chris, "Theft by deception".
"Theft by deception is similar to a basic theft charge, which is the unlawful taking of something that belongs to another person with the intent to deprive the owner of the property, but theft by deception requires that the individual employed some deceptive act or used deceptive words which were relied upon by the victim in making the decision to turn over their property".

I am just back from Patterson, sadly empty handed. Chris Keeney persisted in keeping the snakes, even tough our agreement is that Chris Keeney should return the snakes voluntarily whenever I want it for whatever reason. Even the Sheriff that went to his house couldn't convince him.

I am working on my next steps, because I will not let someone steal $100.000 snakes, of my project that I have been working on for over 12 years!!!

So... To be continued.

In the meanwhile I want to thank everyone that helps me. I can't even find the time to respond to all the personal messages I am getting. I might gonna ask everyone to share the story on social media. I am thinking of putting the complete situation in words with all Chris's photo's, details AND evidence and share it online. I will let you know on here when I do.

Special thanks to Kevin South and his family. They have been very helpful to say the least. I was well taking care of in Patterson and I will never forget! I just hope I wasn't too much trouble

ps. Yes, the pair Kevin has is legally his. Although they were in the same shipment, I have seen the evidence that Kevin paid Chris for the pair + shipping. I was more than happy to see them at Kevins and they are well taken care of!
