I had hopes that more would be accomplished. If this was a true attempt at a fresh start rather than mere damage control, I think the video would have been removed, as well as FB posts that mocked various names you chose to bring there because they responded when you flew off the handle.
If your actions are not mere attempts at damage control but a fresh start, there is more that needs to be done.

All things considered, I think it's highly unlikely that anything's really changed in any meaningful way. He still owes Rick $2k and I don't recall seeing even the vaguest remorse for anything he's pulled, including actively soliciting people to call and harass some of us - apparently yielding one nasty call that ended up being received by a teenage girl. I'm guessing that he finally decided to listen to whoever may have been whispering in his ear that he needs to do some major PR work, but salvaging his train wreck of a name on here will require a serious long-game. He's gone wayyyyy too far in the wrong direction for me to believe a couple of baby steps amounts to a real course reversal.

In a PM to me Mike put it all on the table. He has said that until the critical posts here on Fauna stop, he will not delete derogatory posts he has made elsewhere.

So, they will have to stay, because I'll be damned if I let him put the hush on (on me, anyway) for posts describing his poor business behavior. What kind of precedent would that set?
Every bad guy in the world would (and some of them do) create offensive posts elsewhere to try to take the heat off of themselves, instead of simply making reparations for their scams and poor business behavior. They want to force quiet, edit the truth.

As far as the video goes, he has bullied and hurt this child Cher, in my opinion, by making the video, and each day he leaves it up. To consider taking it down, he expects HER to apologize to him.

I do think that with all these comments by Matson about individuals and the site, some of the info is getting buried (is that intentional? Seems to me I remember a certain auction company actually using that as a technique to deliberately hide negative information about them).

There are a few bad transactions Lucille. Most have been taken care of. Some never will be and that's how it will remain. I ship over 600 times a year and a few no matter what I do will go bad.

Post about yourself will remain on Facebook and will not be deleted no matter how many times you ask me In pm's. The video about Cher will also stay up. Especially, since I have learned within the last week that Cher older than 18 now and has been using the 15 year old excuse for several years.
Just as everyone is made to provide correct information I think she should have to provide a current id showing her age.

Seeing this, I feel it is necessary to make an updated post on that video and try to bring as many viewers to it as necessary just like those that do it to me on here.

Your attacks on here will not effect me in anyway. I won't give in and let the few of you be happy. I supply 1/3rd of the pacman market here in the USA.

As far as removing the video about Cher I would like a pm or public post apology for bashing my company. Cher took it upon herself to post libel out of the blue for no reason. I believe that she was tricked into doing it by someone else. It confused me when she did as to why, since we have had quite a bit of Facebook message exchanges over the last 2 years. Giving her advice and just regular reptile talk. I have not released all pm's regarding her but I would gladly share them with you where I could so you can understand how day and night she became about me. I do not like that the video was posted however she continued in that Nitita Facebook group. (That may not be the initials for the group but i can find it if needed)

Jay ruined my chances of vending the reptile super show. I'm not so worried about that because I have a large number of local friends and vendors that would love to put my frogs on their table.

I'm more concerned about my relationship with Bob at Sandfire which Jay forced bob into keeping me off the property. Which sucks. I've known bob for a few years and have produced frogs at Sandfire. I really liked Bob and he was a mentor to me. Jay has known Bob much longer so that's the way it goes.

I will do a Facebook search on my post with your name and remove the comments that I can find about you.

Lucille you can believe what you would like. I have not bullied anyone. You show me the acts of bullying. I stand up for myself. I would say the few death threats that I have received from me standing up would be something worth mentioning or the consistent post made by those that have no involvement in this thread just to keep it on the front page. That would be bullying/harassment right there.

How about you focus on the people that have been found with animals in horrid conditions, not cared for properly, shipped via ground just to save $10.00 because those are the real a##hats in the community. I have had a handful of thousands of transactions go bad. Most of them are settled. I can account for a 2-3 that have not been settled and I doubt ever will.

I am an a## to some and I don't discredit that at all. You bet I will stand up for myself. I will stand up to you bullying me and your posting on every tread of mine for the last 6 years. You realize that you have posted 3 times a day for the last 12 years? That is astounding and deserves a metal itself but who has time to do that with no actual part in the hobby that is known besides being an online mod?

This is long over due and I apologize for that, Ivery meant to post a few times but have just been overwhelmed with other parts of my life, mostly the death of my mother in law. Anyway I've received 2 calls from whom I believe was either mike or one of his minions, the first call was answered by my preteen daughter so I'm not exactly sure what was said word for word but she was able to tell me they said something about posting on fauna (she has no clue what fauna is and asked what that meant) and that they knew where we live and were coming here. I don't think there are words to describe how scared she was, she didn't sleep at all that night and since then has obsessively checked the doors and windows to make sure they are locked. The second call I answered and the person sounded raspy and like they were trying to change their voice, that time the call came minutes after I posted on one of the threads about mike and again the caller told me to stop posting on fauna or they were going to pay me a visit at home. I made a police report about the first call, both times the person blocked their number so I wasn't able to tell the officer exactly who made the call and since it wasn't recorded I had no proof of what was said to my daughter. I call the officer and let him know about the second call but didn't file a report about that one. Just wanted to share what happened, and again sorry it's taken me so long to post this.

I'm so sorry you and your child had to experience those calls. Whoever called was a coward, threatening you and your child but they didn't have the cojones to identify themselves. But it was someone who didn't mind bullying a child.
