Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Bad Guy Gastro3003 aka Dr. Robert Brunner -- Scam Artist, Forger, Beware!

All this comes 4 days after Dr. Robert "Bobby" Brunner threatened to block off contact with me and threatened me with legal action, lol through a Fauna private message. See screenshot below.

Earlier today on Sunday, August 7 2016, Dr. Brunner sends me a text seemingly to seek reconciliation, and that he's "not in the mood for a drawn out legal battle." He claims that he "couldn't give a fuck about Google search engine" and that "no one cares about Fauna classified." See text below.

A tad defensive are we? How isn't Zovick relevant to the thread .. someone posted in their for sale ad that the tortoise was offspring of # 443 .. oh .. that would be you :) But .. wait ... no one sold you offspring of #443 that he is aware of .. you were asked who you got the tortoise from as proof from 443 .. more Swiss cheese! The Dr. brought him in as proof that you weren't honest .. I don't recall you proving otherwise ... and you alleged that Tuan had the tortoise or was in the process of buying it and he contacted Zovick for confirmation on "your" information .. I don't see where you confirmed it for him. Could appear you sold a tortoise to the Dr. that you falsely represented in your ad .. easy enough to prove otherwise .. yet here we all sit waiting :)
At the end of the day .. I don't think the Dr. is a victim ... far from it .. but appears you too have been less than forthright and transparent .. I know enough about English to know when someone (you) states ... "You're buying him already" .. that implies he is in process of buying or considering buying ... not has bought it ... and he wants to confirm the tortoises lineage before he finishes the process ... something I don't believe you provided along with all the other proof you seem to have but for whatever reason choose to hold back :) Just my opinion based on my limited understanding of the crux of this thread ... lol!

Alan, the only thing I can suggest to you is that you read this thread in its entirety -- specifically posts #25 and #34. I would also enroll in a remedial English course at your nearest community college.
 
6-12 months for libel?!?!?!? Hahahahahahaha if that were even true, which it's not, a judge would never consider anything in this thread libel or defamatory, but even if they did the most that would happen is they could force you to stop if it's still happening or if it happened in the past he might get awarded compensation which you would have to pay. They don't give people jail time for a defamation case. The case isn't even a criminal court matter it's civil. For someone who is supposed to be really smart the Dr sure doesn't seem to be.

I contacted the webmaster at the advice of a moderated

Clearly this won't be solved here

We are going to court

I tried by offering 650 to stop this

But as you saw... It's a game now for him

I really do appreciate everyone's feedback

It's always a learning experience her on BOI

Yeah, that is beyond stupid. And let me tell you something,Brunner, people who want to pursue legal action have their attorney send a letter, they don't jump up and down like monkeys threatening idiotic stuff time after time. Sheesh. :face_palm_02:
 
Sadly .. I did read the whole thread .. some parts more time than I care to admit .. lol!! I guess my interpretation of those "famous" posts are different than Mr. Li .. thanks for suggestion .. but I think I'll pass on the English classes :)
