    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Jay posted his chameleon for sale on chameleonforum.com, hopefully people there can be warned. I would have put a link on the ad but I can't post in that forum, at least not on other peoples ads.

The entire agreement was made on the phone. That was the easiest part of the whole deal actually. He only wanted very well started babies or older animals. Once I told him what I had available to fit what he wanted he said I want the 3 juviline tamataves, 1 young adult male tamatave and 4 well started ambilobis. I gave him a price and he didn't even try to haggle. $150 per tamatave (even the young adult) and $75 each for the ambilobis. $950. The extra $50 was shipping. The total would have been less but his order was all males.
Now the only thing I can show you for a packing list is from my notebook. I write all orders and shipping info in it. Do you want me to post a picture from my notebook with his order in it?
 
I forgot to mention that the FBI IC3 will open up an investigation on this man. You will get no investigation in small claims. Just, again, make sure you submit all documentation, from the signed receipt to the PayPal transactions (including the charge backs), etc. Every record you have needs to be submitted with your report. They will take you seriously, trust me.

I would also like to know why craig has not addressed and has said these are not his animals when both coinciding pics on my phone and the email he sent to me are the same. My husband missed that bow in arm in the picture but when the box was opened. he received very sick animals barley able to walk. I will post videos to show you all.

AWESOME!!!! Jay atleast your wife has the balls to post. Julia I have not and will not watch the video. I already know and have heard of all the lies inside of it.
So let's just say for argument sake that you are 100% correct. If those animals were in such horrible shape why wouldn't Jay send them back for a full refund. Why are we here doing what we are doing if I offered a full refund the same day your hubby received the animals.
I have not confirmed nor HAVE I DENIED the animals.
There is only one truth. And refuse to twist it in my favor. I post facts only.
Now while I've got you here please explain your hubbys accusation of 8 missing ambilobis.

One more thing while I got ya. Why has it taken almost 2 months for pics. Why didn't I get one single picture the day the complaint was made. I asked several several several times and was denied. All of a sudden I turn your husbands life upside down and POOF now there's a video.

They use every angle to support the false story watch the video and explain the gaps in text, the email with the pics you said you did not send or have and why after paying with the credit cards you refused to take payment from cards and said send a money order which was for and additional 8 ambilobes. On top of original order and never sent the ambilobes??? You also asked why we did not post a boi at that time because We gave you time to sort it out and do the right thing. Yet when you found out Jay would be in Virginia which he called you to tell you all of a sudden you post your Boi. ?? You are a evil man Mr. Wyatt.
 
Ok FINALLY figured out the missing ambilobi story. The Julia account just posted on another thread that "Jay was gullible enough to send Craig a money order". Now Julia it's time to put up or shut up with that freaking CRAZY PANTS lie. Let's see the stub.
Or atleast explain it to me why Jay never mentioned this any other time. Explain why in the texts going back an forth the day of his animals being shipped why didn't he mention that. How in the holy heck was this never brought up before now.

For the sake of your side, that video was a bit of an eye opener if it's all true which the texts don't paint him in a good light (maybe that's why they were left out?), Post the photos as attachments that he sent you guys of the animals in the email, and post a photo of the stub of the money order.

Julia, I couldn't hear some of the video. Why can't Jay produce a Western Union receipt? He can call and give his information if he lost it and they should be able to look him up by his name and address. He can then post the receipt to add credibility to his case. It is not unrealistic to accept that documented evidence trumps verbal explanations. Without documented evidence, there is no case. All we have to go on is the FedEx receipt stating the package was received. It does not state what's in it nor is there any evidence regarding the additional deal for $1,050.

Furthermore, why weren't pictures sent to Craig when he requested them? I can't see a valid defense to this. If something was truly wrong with these animals, why would Jay forfeit the opportunity to prove so when offered? Why are videos and pictures only surfacing now?

I am a neutral party but the lack of proactive recourse on Jay's end is more damning to his own case than Craig's.

Now I know why your hubby was saying the deal was $1150 and not $950 on Facebook. So that extra $200 was for 8 ambilobis? Lol
So now I'm selling panthers to him for $25 each. Ok!!!
I have asked him like 10 times on Facebook to clear up the 8 missing ambilobis. Now I know why he didn't have the nerve to say it.
Look if I buy 16 animals and only half show up I don't think I will have to much a problem shouting out to everyone that I only recieved half of the animals.

As stated he would have been traveling to VA which you were very aware of which is why you did this all and created this to protect your reputation and to not have to pay him when he got there on the 2nd week of September like he said he would. I'll advise you to speak to me with respect about my relationship with my Husband and about me and i believe that kind of talk is frowned upon on this forum board by the administration.
