    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Good on you, but KS won't do a thing, until Eabele contacts IC3, then he'll have to send proof to KS, and then, KS will act on it.

This is based on a personal experience with KS, back in 2011.

Here's an email to me from Chris.

"Understand you are know introducing yourself to liable slander suit, you've have been fooled, I'll I had to produce to authorities is the written contract issued and written by Eable who has signed document. I offered to return snakes prior to them creating more lies and causing me financial damaged due to lies. Once he caused me financial damages I was informed by attorney to simply honor and pay off his document. All I had to do is prove to authority his lies had no merit of his legally signed document. Eable has been lying to everyone anyway with this co dominate gene not produced by him so he started this hole thing as he finished and yes I need to be made hole on the freedom breeder racks I had to buy to house all the snakes he sent and feed and care for snakes while on my care. You guys just believe all the lies you want but authorities would have confiscated if stolen so remove your libel slander or be add as a fourth.

Well believe me, the deputy sheriff that handeled the case would have confiscated the snakes if he could, but since it's a civil matter he needs a verdict of a judge to be able to do so. I have to file a lawsuit for that. Well, I will.

If Chris paid for the snakes why not just post proof and be done with it? These aren't low-dollar animals, he should have some sort of a receipt if he sent anywhere from $80-100k to Eabele.

He used one of the customs papers with my signature on it, added some words to the paper and claims it is our contract. He claims that he bought the 18 snakes for $1300.

He paid $10,100 prior to shipping (of which was half Kevin Souths money) and $1300 afterwards. The total price was $38,500 excl. shipping for 8 snakes. Besides that the other 10 snakes have a value of $60,000 together. So he paid 10,100 + 1,300 for almost $100,000 of snakes.

Luckily all our agreements are written in FB messages, prices and conditions are all in the agreements. His defense is: My Facebook was hacked...

Somebody stop this man :(

Lies printed is libel you know nothing and are Subject to become part of my suit. Eable wrote printed and signed contract that I was questioned over and I told him I wanted to return snakes as I don't deal with fraudulent people or fraud makers he did not want me to return and started lies to get me to try to allow another to continue with his fraud. My attorney and customs ag department told me to uphold and pay off his contract he sent regardless of his intentions and I would be in perfect standing. His lies has caused me great loss in funds and we will be seeking damages to all those who commit slander or libel against my name. He was paid 100% to his contract he wrote, signed, and because he sent here and sent that contract he has zero standing. I will use the snake I paid for in the manner to pay off my losses and get out of this business. All any one has to do is be 100% honest which he was not and it cost him once he started libel print against my name causing me to get out of business. He became liable for any damages I incur along with any one else that jumps on lie with knowing I have already proven not stolen to all authorities. I have zero obligation to prove to the people unless they are directly involved just like those people have no standard saying these are stolen off of what they truly don't know.

I would be less concerned about who originally created the morph and more that he has thousands of dollars of snakes.
 
Yeah, it sounds like he is trying to deflect onto another issue and make this about genetics, not stolen animals.

I think he waited for a little while before selling the snakes thinking the BOI would just quietly go away. Now it's back and he's bothered enough to write nonsense emails back to people. So keeping the thread updated is good!
 
I think he pulled the Kingsnake ad. I dont see it anymore. Why he thinks someone is going to send him thousands of dollars whether or not they care if he screwed Eabele. They are going to have to assume he will screw them to and keep boas and money once you pay for them.

Why wouldnt he? He already screwed Eabele. Why wouldnt he screw a buyer?

These Raptors have not been paid for by Chris Keeney. He is a get rich scheme guy who thought he could get rich stealing boas and selling them.

Eabele document all this with screenshots and print outs to give your Attorney.

I searched for Raptors and its still up. I emailed him stating "Really??

You tricked Eabele into sending you 16 Raptors before paying in full. You think people will trust your word and send you thousands or even hundreds of dollars AND AC THINK YOU WILL SHIP THE BOAS TO THEM AND NOT RIP THEM OFF ALSO. This game is all about trust. Your word is everything. Even if the buyer didnt care you ripped off Eabele they arent going to trust you as a seller."

I cant wait to see his response. I bet he attacks my business just like he did in the beginning of all of this.

He will avoid the question or statement i made all together.

Secondly, for the people claiming that their Neptors and Patayas are the same gene as Raptors and Eabele stole it from them.

Why are they selling them under the Raptor name instead of Pitaya or Neptor?? Screams BULLSHIT to me.
