Inquiry POSSIBLE STOLEN RAPTORS BEING SOLD IN USA BY CHRIS KEENEY

Thats because i didnt email him. I actually never knew his email address because I live 1 mile or so away. So he is claiming i emailed him privately or through Kingsnake where he posts the Raptors for sale?

He is just trying to lie and get back at me for being Eabeles number one supporter here in the USA. Eabele told me when he got here and in the beginning that he wanted me to take Raptors for him. I said honestly i dont want to be responsible for other peoples animals and i just dont have the room.

I told him i would help anyway i can. I own 1.1 Raptors DD Kubsch Pastel already. These are fully paid for. I dont do a lot of Morphs. Most of my collection is BCC. I only work with a small morph collection.

When Chris and I were supposedly friends he claimed how several people he bought from screwed him. I advised him on what to do. Funny how he decided to screw someone else and here he is now. I told him this is what would happen to the people that screwed him if he made it public.

He cant provide legitimate proof because he has none.

Eabele has over 700 pages of screenshots.

Just FYI, I have heard updates and I believe Eabele has posted it, maybe not here yet, but he is moving forward soon or has already finished.

The reason this happened is because he was in need of cash and Chris was very convincing so he trusted him. Unfortunately he got taken advantage of.

Chris no one said you stole the raptors. We said possibly stolen raptors. Read the title. As far as the community is concerned it was theft plain and simple. As far as the California legal system is concerned it is a civil matter not a criminal. The deputies reviewed all documentation and did everything in their power to assist Eabele. They knew this was a civil matter within 30 seconds but still invested over 4 hrs on the call. That is a lot of time for a case like this. They knew you were full of crap, but they couldnt force you to hand them over. They even contacted a LT who happens.to have a law degree and he reviewed things to see if they could find a loop hole to allow them to intervene legally.

You want to sue people for expressing their opinions based on the information they have been provided and then making it public. Guess what thats a 1st Amendment right. NO ONE CAN,TAKE THAT AWAY FROM US!! You were.given a chance to tell your side to me before i made my decision. You refused.

Side note. I cut off part of my left thumb as I posted online doing custom work for a client, so sometimes I have a typo that I miss before I send it. I also use Voice recognition sometimes and have a typo. For the most part I always double check to make sure I typed what I meant to so please forgive a typo if you see it.
 
AGAIN, I will gladly forward all emails to ANYONE WHO ASKS. I only emailed Chris Keeney through the Kingsnake server. I didn't even know his email address and I don't need to.

I contact Eabele and inform him about any and all interactions with Chris. I forward all emails to him for his case. I keep everything very open and honest with Eabele. I am here to be a helper in the USA. I am ashamed that someone in the USA would do this to another let alone someone I thought was my friend.
 
The language of that email is not consistent with Kevin's usage, but it is consistent with a certain somebody's usage.

Also, Kevin capitalizes the F in his email address. Consistently.
 
All that does is show he still has followers to his lies and is better accepted that he still denignes sending others and he spent all night editing me simple copy past last night. It shows that his phone produces same signature ip and MAC address. Why wait so long to post again now let's check did he send any copy of emails prior because I suspect we might see that change or it's the change from asc11? He sent booth
 
Since you got a good eye lets go look at prior emails to see watch he changed to suit his needs to further cover up. I had no time to edit long language he did. Sorry speak to type now as driving. My assumption is he edited as he used a lot of time to respond or he waited and this is just a result of language change between users phones.

Kind of like how I took you to task when you created the account under the username kritterCottage with the false name of John Rand and pretended like you were someone other than yourself...very, very poorly.

I do not have to go look at anything if your feeble suggestion is my only would-be prompt.

The way in which phones work appears to exceed your grasp.
 
So as you can see Chris has all the information in these emails to edit and correct to make is look like I was trying to buy Eabeles Raptors. Honestly I have contemplated ways to get these animals, but I wouldn't pay Chris 1 penny. Yes I am very invested and take A LOT OF PRIDE in having this project/gene in my collection. As I said I mainly do BCC's, but have a select morph collection. I am very excited about the future of this gene and what I have planned for it.

This matter is personal to me because I feel betrayed by Chris. I HAVE EVERY LEGAL RIGHT to call Chris a cheat and a liar. We were supposed to be splitting the import costs 50/50. Thats the only reason I placed order with him instead of separately. This caused me to have to wait an additional 5 months or so, because Chris was still paying off and negotiating his grand "Get Rich Scheme". Eabele was ready to send my Raptors in January.

In the long run the wait was well worth it and the moment they were home I posted them online. That showed Eabele I was not part of the rip off scheme and he quickly contacted me. I backed and supported Chris out of ignorance until Eablele fully confessed and provided me all details stating Chris was in possession of 10 Raptors on Consignment and 6 Raptors which had not been fully paid for. He explained how Chris used me as an excuse to convince him to ship stating that he wanted me off Eabeles back. He also used the fact that Eabele needed the cash to further convince him to ship prior to receiving full payment using a pending house sale as collateral. He sold the house about a month before Eabele arrived in US. He had the money to pay in full around the time he received the snakes. He hid the fact that he had taken possession. He claims to have been "interrogated" by FG&W. He claims to be a victim.

SORRY BUT EVERY DECENT PERSON NOTIFIES THE SELLER IMMEDIATELY THAT THE ANIMALS ARRIVED ALIVE AND WELL, OR THAT THERE IS A PROBLEM UPON RECEIVING AND OPENING THE PACKAGE.

Eabele spend a couple of weeks trying to get a status update and didn't know anything until he saw my post on FB showing off my new Raptors. Then he contacted me and started asking for my help and explaining things.

Chris wanted him to keep everything secretive and not to divulge anything to anyone about his grand scheme. WOW IT SOUNDS LIKE A BAD MOVIE VILLIAN PLAN.

Chris can't provide any originals because they don't exist. A document for Customs is not a sales invoice, or a bill of sale. It is not a contract in any way shape or form between buyer and seller. Its a statement between Eabeles Government and him. Chris made the same type of statement with our US Government when he picked up the animals.

Nick send me your email address. I will forward the emails. I already sent them to the 2 people who provided their emails on this posting. 100% legitimate.

It took this long because I chose to go to bed and when I woke up and saw things I decided to go into my email and post everything. This way Chris Keeney can reply and DIG HIMSELF A DEEPER HOLE!!!

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE ALL THE INSANELY MAD COMPUTER SKILLS CHRIS SAYS I HAVE. Why am I a Handyman when I should be working for Google, or Apple, or something. :face_palm_02:
 
Nick I just emailed you through Fauna all email details condensed into 2 due to word limitations. As you can see I overlapped text in both emails to show there is no editing. You can cross reference it to emails I posted for indescrepencies.
 
I am not here to judge the situation, really. I simply notice the hypocrisy of Chris talking about "lies" all of the time when he then pretends to be someone else in order to support himself in the context of a dispute.

I noticed a lowercase f in one of the email messages you added, by the way. There goes that. lol Oh, well. Fair is fair.

Not really sure I'd wholly agree with your assessment of the language used. It's bland and not particularly well-written in any sense of the term, which doesn't rule out either party. I think it could have been written by either one, honestly.

Regarding the capitalization habits you'd mentioned, the emails that Kevin just sent me seem to contradict the idea that he does it consistently.

Something's been bothering me about the email that Chris had sent me last night. Maybe I'm just imagining grumpkins, but do those breaks in the blue lines look odd to anyone else? I looked through what emails I had saved and haven't seen that particular thing happen in any other email. In all the rest, once the vertical blue line ends, it never picks up again after such a short gap. It just seems off to me. I think we need an good IT person on the case.
